New years party

Happy New Years

Y/NS POV:

I looked in my mirror finishing off my lip gloss as I heard Enid and Wednesday talk in the other room, I looked at myself looking for any flaws on my face. But like always I didn't find anything, I put on some perfume grabbing my bag and heading out of the bathroom

"So where is this party at again Enid?" I asked walking up to them, "Y/n!, you look gorgeous" Enid smiled at me "Oh and it's a surprise!" She followed up "Cool, I like surprises" I smiled at her as my eyes went to Wednesday "If your wondering, I don't want to go." She spoke giving Enid a side glare "It's the New Year's Eve Wednesday!" Enid's eyes grew brighter as she said the words "New Years"

Wednesday gave no reply as she looked ahead, Enid rolled her eyes looking back at me "let's go guys" Enid walked towards the door me and Wednesday following behind her, We walked through the hallways letting Enid guide us as we talked about what the new year might hold for us. "Do you think there's going to be alcohol there?" I asked looking at her "Well probably, it's a New Years party" she replied to me turning the corner and walking up to a door. "We are here!" She whisper yelled in excitement. Wednesday looked over at me giving me a sigh, Enid opened the door smiling

We were met with the smell of beer and weed as soon as we entered, the music was blasting through my ears as I looked around. There was at least 27 teens here and a lot of them were making out, I cringed as  I laid eyes on someone passed on the floor. I looked around once again and noticed Ajax in a corner with Xavier by his side

I quickly turned to Enid grabbing her arm whispering to her, "Enid you didn't tell me ajax was here?" I whisper shouted at her "ARE YOU NERVOUS BECAUSE AJAX IS HERE?" She shouted at me over the music, My eyes widened in fear as I looked around to see if Ajax heard but he wasn't in his original spot. I turned back to Enid "enid shut up!" I whispered aggressively to her as she smiled at me "I think I'm just going to go" I said to her going to turn around

As I went to step back towards the exit I felt someone behind me, "Why are you leaving, you just got here?" I heard Ajax familiar voice as I whipped my body around. I looked up at him shocked noticing how close our body's were, he didn't seem to notice but I did "Oh no shes not leaving!" Enid spoke up from behind me "haha... yeah" I spoke nervously as he smiled at me. "Good to hear" he told me as Xavier called his name. He turned his attention to Xavier "I will be back Y/n" He spoke going over to Xavier

When he was out of sight I turned over to Enid flabbergasted, "Enid. What did you just do." I whispered to her "I just got you a boyfriend" she replied smirking and winking at me. After a while I lost Enid and Wednesday, I was sitting on a couch looking at the floor or looking around the room. I heard something about a count down but I didn't give it to much thought though

I looked around the room my eyes scanning over people, My eyes stopped at Ajax talking to someone as I stared at him for a few seconds. His head turned his eyes locking with mine, I jumped slightly looking away quickly

Holy shit thats actually so embarrassing for me right now

I thought to myself as I looked back at him, I saw him start to walk over to were I was sitting

Oh Jesus please don't come over here

He stepped in front of me leaning down a little bit "come on your going to miss the count down!" He yelled to me over the music grabbing my hand hoisting me up and taking me by my hand over to the screen

There was about 20 seconds until the new year, and everyone was screaming. Ajax stood beside me not taking his hand out of mine, I looked down at our hands slightly smiling. Soon the timer showed 10 seconds as everyone's shouts got louder and louder with every passing second

All the teens in the room including me and Ajax yelled

I yelled smiling as I felt a pair of eyes look at me

I shouted loudly but I was cut off by Ajax grabbing my face and roughly putting his lips on mine, My eyes winded in shock as the screams of joy of other people faded away. I kissed him back hooking my arms around his neck leaning more into the kiss, He pulled away looking at me while smiling

"I like you Y/n"
