Backstory

Mel-Rose Lawrence. The only child of Mannix and Jessica Lawrence, she was known to be one of the most beautiful Slytherin heirs with her tanned skin and dark black hair. But her looks were deceiving, for she was a cold and highly intelligent individual who turned to the Dark Lord at the raw age of 14.

Her parents were ferocious and cruel, always looking for ways to gain more power. They saw Mel-Rose as a tool, someone who could bring them respect and dominance.

Her parents would be more than happy to sell her off to some ally that could higher their status. But that was the difference between Mel-Rose and her parents.

Mel-Rose didn't need allies, she saw them as weak. She was content being on her own until Evan Rosier came along. He was different from the others, he saw her for who she truly was and accepted her. He became her only friend, her best friend.

Of course, there was also Enola, her beloved owl who had been with her since day one. Enola was a bit of a loner, never getting along with any other owls. But that was okay with Mel-Rose, she preferred it that way. Enola's name was backward spelled Alone.

Despite her cold exterior, Mel-Rose was a complex individual with a deep sense of loyalty to those she cared about. She was fiercely intelligent and always had a plan. She knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go after it.

But as she grew older and more entrenched in the dark side, she began to realize that perhaps there was more to life than power and influence. She began to question her loyalty to the Dark Lord and wonder if there was a different path she could take.
