I groaned in pain as I woke up. I was resting on a tree, and the others were making food.

"Morning, sleepy head." Cuphead smiled as he handed me a bowl.

"Get the hell away from me, Cup!" I scooted away.

"Just... look- I'm sorry." He said.

I glared at him, my eyes turned bright green, and then back to normal.

"I... suppose."

He softly smiled and sat next to me.

"So...." He started.

"I'll.... ugh! I'll give you another chance." I said looking away.

Cuphead grinned, "Really?"

"Don't make me regret it, Cup."

He softly chuckled, "You won't."

I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder.

"You're a real pain, Cuphead."

"So are you." He said, putting his head on top of mine.

I sighed, "I'm sorry about... Fi- Jackpot."

"Nah, it's okay... you did the right thing. I'm sorry... about the things I said. I just said them out of anger." Cuphead looked away.

"You know... I was so fed up with you that I said the thing about Mugs and you. I didn't mean it though, I was just... not thinking clearly. I'm sorry."

Cuphead laughed, "That's all in the past. Don't worry, Y/n."

Cuphead hugged me, and I hesitantly hugged him back.

Why does this... feel so nice?

We stayed there for a moment, until Bendy came.

"What in the-" He started

"Bendy! Hey!" I said to him.

"Uhm... what?" He asked.

"Remember how you tried to slap me awake?" I said, getting up as my eye twitched.

"Oh shit-" He dipped.

"YOU FUCKING BITCH! BENDY, YOU COWARD!! GET BACK HERE!!" I started chasing after him.

"Show emotion!"

I softly smiled, so this is what an emotion feels like.

"AGHHH!!! I'M TOO YOUNG TO DIE!!!" Bendy said.

"GET OVER HERE!" I pounced on him and started tickling him.

"HEY! YO- HAH- Hahahaha! Y/n!" Bendy started laughing as I continued tickling him.

"Y/n! I'm gonna cry!"

I stopped tickling him and chuckled.

"You are one hella weird person." Bendy said.

"I would say the same for you."

He chuckled and got up. He sat down next to Felix, and I returned to Cuphead.

"You're acting... abnormal." Cuphead said.

"Well... maybe I shouldn't let some things control me, or change my mentality."

Cuphead softly smiled.

I finished eating my soup and put my bowl up.

"Hey, let's go training today." I suggested.

"Training? We don't train." Boris said.

"Well, nows your chance!" I winked at them.

"Then, where are we gonna train?" Mugman asked.

"Hmm, can we let Mr. Felix decide?" Bendy asked.

"Sure." I shrugged.

"Go ahead, Felix." Cuphead said.

"How about..." Felix started walking.

"There!" He pointed.

"Come on, then!" I signed everyone to follow me.

We went up to a few trees.

"This is where we test your powers. Use your abilities to try and destroy the tree fully as fast as you can. If you fail within the next the next 10 minutes, you'll have to carry everyone's supplies." I said.

"What!? This tree is like 17 feet tall!! And look how thick it is!" Boris said.

"Well, we better get going. Felix! Give us a countdown!" Cuphead said.

"On it!"

I smirked, this is gonna be great.

"AND GO!" Felix commanded.

Mugman used his finger energy to destroy the trunk of the tree, Cuphead started to shoot the tree. Bendy and Boris were a team, Felix suggested that. Bendy was punching the tree, and Boris was kind of helping him.

I just yawned and sat down. I'll give them a five minute head start.

"Y/n? You're not gonna-" Felix was about to ask something.

"I'm giving them a head start." I smirked and looked at him.

He shrugged, everyone was focused with their tree.

Within five minutes, everyone was already tired. I laughed and got up from the rock I was sitting in.

"Had enough yet?" I asked.

"Y-You- hagh- You haven't even started!" Bendy said.

"Oh~ Right. I gave you all a head start." I smirked and started manipulating my fire abilities.

"HAGH!" I created and threw a fireball up, I commanded it down, which made it destroy the tree in half. I used the fire to burn the tree, and then I cut it into small chip pieces with my cards.

"Done." I shrugged.

Everyone's jaw dropped as Bendy snickered.

"Y-YOU just have better abilities than us!" Bendy looked away.

"They're stronger too!" Cuphead said.

"Hey, I didn't use my finger gun." I said.

Cuphead rolled his eyes.

"THAT. WAS. SO. COOL!!!!" Mugman squealed as he ran up to me.

"Thanks, Mugs." I patted his head as he smiled.

"How'd you do that!!??"

"Y'know, I just manipulated my fire abilities, which I got from my father, and created a fireball. I commanded it down, which split the tree. The fire from the ball already affected the tree. So all I needed to do was just use my cards, which my dad taught me to do, and cut the tree. Boom!"

Mugman was jumping up and down as he widely grinned, "THAT'S SO COOL!!"

I chuckled and gave him a shoulder pat, "I'm glad you think so, Mugsy!"
