It was a Friday after school and I was scheduled to go dress shopping. Even though I wasn't great friends with them, Yoko and Enid had invited me to go with them. I agreed of course and got ready. I put on a nice outfit and headed to meet them at the shuttle. They were ecstatic to be going. I was pretty excited too. The shuttle pulled up and we got on. We wanted to go early before all the good dresses get taken. After the ride, we ran to the store. Enid of course wanted something pink and noticeable. Yoko was thinking of a white like me. We skimmed them together and she found hers. It was cute but not my style much. I was kind of picky. I finally found one I loved though. Even Enid and Yoko approved of it.

(your dress⁉️) We bought our dresses and then decided to stop by the Weathervane. Of course, Tyler was working. I avoided his gaze at all costs. I was hoping he couldn't tell we were Nevermore students. Yoko paid for us and we sat down, immediately starting to talk about the dance and our dates. I was so excited to be going with Rowan. They both were in awe by the way he asked me. Tyler soon came to our table with our food and drinks. He looked at me, "Hey, aren't you the girl I gave a ride to the other night?" he asked skeptically. "Uhm no. You've got the wrong girl, sorry." I quickly replied. Enid and Yoko looked confused. "Oh sorry. Enjoy" he said and walked away. "What was that about?" Yoko asked. "Yeah, is it something I need to add to my blog...?" Enid smirked. "NO! No! It's nothing. I just fought with Xavier at the carnival and he offered to give me a ride back to Nevermore, that's all." I explained. "Why was he going to Nevermore in the first place?" Yoko questioned. "To see stupid Wednesday Addams," I grumbled. "My roomie?!" Enid exclaimed. "Keep your voice down! But yes." I whispered. "And you said 'stupid' why do you hate her?" Enid asked. "Because she was the whole reason Xavier and I fought. And other stuff but it doesn't matter." "Oh, sorry. She's complicated." "I know."
I wanted to call Rowan to confirm he had a suit and everything for the Rave'n. He wasn't answering. It's tomorrow and I'm nervous he's not prepared! I kept calling him. No answer. I decided to do it one more time and someone picked up, "Hello?" "Xavier?" "Oh hey Audy. Rowan's not here. He hasn't been since like three hours ago. He probably sneaked out to do something." "that doesn't sound like him. I'm nervous he won't be ready for tomorrow." "it'll be fine. Just get some beauty sleep or whatever you call it." he laughed. "Okay, thanks Xav. Love you, goodnight." "Love you too." and I hung up. I sighed, I found it impossible to sleep without knowing he was okay. Where could he be? He wasn't the person to sneak out for that long. I decided to do what Xavier said and get some sleep. I know I need it. I changed into pajamas and got in bed, slowly falling into troubled sleep.
