Yuno pov
A few days ago, I broke my right ankle and was in a cast. I feel bad because Asta has to take time off work to take care of me, even though I keep insisting I'll be fine on my own, but as Asta is Asta, he was stubborn and refused. Currently, I'm laying on the couch with my leg raised up while Asta is getting me water.
"Here you go." He put the glass of water on a side stand next to me. I slowly sit up and take a sip of the water. "Thanks, and again so-." Asta put his index finger over my mouth. "Don't you dare say you're sorry!" He commanded. "Ok, ok." I chuckle. He pecks my lips and heads to the kitchen.
Asta comes back with some different colored sharpies and a big grin on his face. "Asta, are you...? I already have an idea of what he's planning. He nods and gets on his knees near my cast and pulls out a pink sharpie. Asta begins to place little pink hearts on my cast in random places. I lightly laugh at his childishness. He puts the cap back on the pink sharpie and pulls out a blue sharpie and begins putting more hearts.
Asta ends up doing this in a few colors; green, red, orange, yellow, and purple. I had to admit, this did make me feel better, and less bad about Asta having to take time off work. When he is done, he goes back to the kitchen to put the sharpies away. He walks back into the living room and admires his artwork. He turns to me. "Did I make you feel better?" He sounds like a child, but it's still adorable. "Yes, love. You did make me feel better." His grin widens and he approaches me, he ruffles my hair and kisses my forehead. "Love you!" He smiles at me, I smile back.
I put my hand on the back of his neck and pull him into a kiss. He seems surprised at my actions, making me laugh. "Love you too."
