Chapter 12 / Why ?

It was 7PM when Soobin finally decided to go home, he told his friends and said goodbye. Soobin was heading to the train station when it suddenly started raining, he put his phone in his pockets and looked up, he thought for a second.

" Maybe I should just walk "

And there he was, ditching the train station to walk heading home while it's raining cats and dogs but for a heartbroken man like Soobin, it felt relaxing for him, he felt alive and free, it was the one moment in his life where he forgot about everyone and everything and just focused on the sound of the rain and the feeling of freedom.

He arrived home. he immediately opened the door not thinking of what his parents would say, but surprisingly it was dark, he turned the lights on and to his surprise, noone was home, he looked to his side and at the clock, 8:12.

He panicked for awhile but thought of something

" I'll just call mom and dad " He proceeds to get his phone from his pocket, he opens it and rings
his parents

" Omma ? Amma ? , Where are
you guys ? " Worried Soobin asked

" I'm still at work, Did something happen ? "

" Oh, no I was just worried so I called you "

" Didn't I tell you that I would go home late today ? "

Soobin looked up, the thought finally came back to him that his mother did tell him this morning" Oh - I must have forgotten "

" Okay, I'm gonna hang up now, my boss is approaching me "

" Okay bye omma, stay safe " Soobin sweetly said

" You too honey " His mother also replied with something sweet

Soobin put his phone in his pockets and headed upstairs. He looked around and felt lonely. The only thing you could hear was the footsteps as he walked to his room as he enters, he lets out a sigh. He grabbed his phone from his pockets and immediately opened ig to text his friends.
