Quinley hugged me tightly, and I laughed, hugging her back. "Where the hell have you been?" I asked.
"I took a little break; I wasn't feeling good," she replied.
Sunghoon had gone to handle the guy from yesterday, and he told me to meet him after my afternoon classes. "Can you hang out after school? We have some stuff to talk about."
"Sure... see ya, girls." They all waved me off as I made my way to class.
"Dude... what the hell is wrong with you?" I rolled my eyes and walked past Daniel.
"Do you know how hard it is to get girls to notice us without you around?" I hooded my eyes at him.
"Excuse me? What did you say? You got no charisma," I said in Korean. He frowned, clearly not understanding.
"You got zero style; you're a gym bro 'nice guy,'" I air-quoted with my fingers. "What did you expect to happen? Girls? No, egoistic and narcissistic mama's boy... yes."
"You got to help me, dude. Come on."
"You know damn well I am actually friends with them, unlike you. They're all fourteen to eighteen... what is wrong with you?" I asked, seriously concerned.
"The younger, the better." My jaw dropped, almost falling off my face.
I felt someone push my jaw back. "Should we call the police?" I heard a familiar feminine voice.
I glared at Daniel and responded, "Immediately... wait..." I turned around when I recognized the voice.
"Ahhh!" I screamed before jumping on her. She laughed and hugged me back.
"Chaechae, what are you doing here?" I asked.
"Sunghoon-oppa brought me," she replied, smiling. His small smile did not go unnoticed.
"I'm moving in for a while."
"Really?" She nodded.
"Oh, that's perfect. I have some friends you should meet. It would be so cool."
She nodded, and I kept my arm around her shoulder as we walked to Sunghoon. He can't seriously be jealous of my own sister.
"I have to hang out with my friends, so we'll be back late." He nodded and kissed my forehead before leaving with the guards.
"Ooooooooooooooh." I smiled inwardly at my sister. She's as childish as ever.
"Mwah Mwah Mwah... I'll tell mom, her son's being a hoe."
"It's not hoe if you're sleeping with one person, and also, I haven't slept with him... yet." Her jaw dropped, and she shook me back and forth.
"I need to know everything." I laughed as she stared at me with wide eyes, moving closer.
"Everything." She whispered, pressing our faces together.
"Okay, geez." She laughed, and we continued walking outside.
"You're lucky; my fiancé doesn't even like me." Yes, my father did the same thing with my sister; she got her own fiancé from a rich family, and I don't know much, but they don't even like being in the same room together. And she's already eighteen in Korea, so his parents are waiting for them to get married already.
"My sister's too adorable to get married to some rich brat who's probably gonna cheat on her, but father's word is father's word."
"Really? Sunghoon-ah didn't like me either." She gaped.
"No." I nodded. "I think he didn't; I'm not sure."
"Me and Min Yun act like best friends; he's cute, but... I don't think he'll be able to like me 'cause he said he likes rich girls who can give him money as much as he gives her money."
I shook my head, blaming my dad for giving us this horrible life of being worried we'll get called gold diggers, like we decided to get engaged as soon as we were born.
"So who's this?" Quinley asked, sitting down.
"Eunchae, meet Quinley, Mai, Ciara, Jenna, and Carly."
"It's nice to meet you." She bowed her head to them.
"You're cute; are you two like-" We both cringed.
"No, I'm engaged." She showed her ring. I still remember her face at fourteen as the brat pushed the ring into her finger and vice versa.
"Oh, so how do you guys know each other?"
"We're siblings, Quinley." Her eyes widened, her lips turning into a small circle.
"Okay... so does Sunoo have a girlfriend?"
"I don't think he ever had one." Eunchae mumbled in a weird voice before picking up her smoothie.
"So what's his ideal type?"
"The cold, toxic kind, from what I've noticed." I pushed her, and she laughed to herself.
"Sunghoon is not toxic." I weakly defended.
"Mmmhm." I'm colour blind now, deal with it.
"So what were his previous relationships like?"
"Fucked up with bullying and abuse and neglect and manipulation." They all looked at me.
"I'm a survivor." They all laughed at my stupid joke.
"What happened?" I asked Sunghoon, grabbing onto his arm. The man was covered in blood, dropping down his nose, cuts all over his arms, face, and half-naked body.
"He's from a rival mafia... Eunchae's fiancé's family, The Bu family."
"What? Minyun wouldn't do that." He's a brat, yeah, but he has morals.
"I don't know anything, okay? He could be upset about Eunchae moving in with me." He doesn't even like her.
I sat on the bed "Baby, are you okay?" I nodded and tugged him onto my lap.
"Now you know how it feels." He laughed and pecked my lips. I fell backwards with him on my crotch.
"What are you gonna do?" He asked me, I rubbed his thighs through the boxers.
"I don't know." It was relaxing to do this.
"You'll think of something."
I just saw my sister after three years, only for her to be sent off to some school with people she never met before, and her fiancé is trying to kill me because he's angry she's away from him? My head really hurts now.
Sunghoon's eyes locked onto mine, filled with a deep understanding. "We'll figure it out, Sunoo," he whispered, his voice filled with conviction. "Together."
I nodded, feeling a sense of gratitude towards him. He was always there for me, no matter what.
Anyone want a Eunchae spinoff?
I think it sounds interesting.
