After taking a few minutes to catch their breath, Mingi pulls out his phone. Thank the God's I never take this off silent. He thought, as he unlocked the phone. He opened his notes app, quickly typing.

What the fuck now, Gwi?

There should be knives back here Gi, we need to get at least one.

Over there by that window.

Mingi pointed to the spot where a few different knives were along a magnetic block. The other glanced down at him silently, almost proud.

Good job baby. We'll go on 3.

Mingi slid the phone into his tracksuit pocket, zipping it up. Lifting his gaze, he nodded. Gwi-Nam held up his fingers then.

They both sprung from their hiding spot, jumping to their feet. Mingi rushed over to the knives, running back to Gwi-Nam who had been grabbed by the corpse of the boy they'd shoved out. Quickly, he brought the blade down on the boy's neck, helping his love up from the counter. Gwi-Nam made his own grab for a knife, helping the other boy get rid of another 2 that'd managed to pass under the gate. More started to drop to the floor, following each other's movements to get at the boys, crawling towards them.

"Fuck, run!" Gwi-Nam shouted as they made their way towards the back door, breaking free from the cafeteria. As they burst through the door, they both turned to shove it shut.

"Gwi..." Mingi's tone was a warning as he took in the campus behind them. A few of them had taken notice of the couple's attempt to escape. The bully snatched up his hand, tugging him towards the school building where a bike sat propped up against the wall. As he picked it up, dropping the track star's hand, Mingi spoke again "The chain's loose!" He shouts, turning to stab at a zombie that lunged at them. Cursing loudly, Gwi-Nam threw the bike at a few approaching them before grabbing his hand again and dragging him towards the school's front door. When they were inside, he shut the door behind them.

They didn't speak as they moved, besides the occasional call out, as they ran through the swarmed halls. The couple worked together to kill the undead, until they made it to the principal's office and slipped inside. As Mingi shut the door behind him, he turned back to find his boyfriend in combat with at least four of them. Quickly he plunged his knife into the throat of the nearest one before jumping onto the next.

Together, they made quick work of them. When they were done they huddled together on the couch, taking in each other's warmth.

Then, their minds shut down and they drifted into a state of rest.
