Shoya's Pov
After the incident I had with my mother this morning I immediately got ready for school so I wouldn't be late.

Yesterday I was planning on jumping off a really tall bridge and kill myself. I only went to see Y/n L/n to wrap up any loose ends. It was hands down the greatest test of courage ever. Well it was supposed to be anyway. Can we be friends.

I blushed at the thought remembering how the event happened.

I'm the world's biggest loser.

On the first day of junior high Kazuki made sure that everyone knew. Like they always say, what goes around comes around. I knew I royally screwed up and I need to pay for being a jerk. And so I pushed everyone away.

I got to school and avoided everyone like I usually do, not touching them, not making eye contact, especially not getting close to anyone personally. When I looked up from the floor the only thing I saw were X marks on their faces.

"Alright everyone make sure to have this translated by next week's class." I start packing up my belongings and grabbed my lunch from my bag. "Hey Shoya." I look up to see an X on Miki's face "uh- Miki." "Have you had a chance to hand in your math book yet?" "Oh sorry I forgot." "It's okay just try to hand it in soon okay?" "Sorry." "No problem." She then started to walk away to one of her friends.

"Oh hey I got the new album. You wanna check it out?" I asked Kazuki back in junior high. "Yeah since you like them I don't anymore." Kazuki replied. "Yeah me too."

I covered my ears trying to forget the memory.

I went and sat on a bench near the sports field and started eating my food. I turn to the left of me and I see a green haired kid sitting on the bench two trash cans near mine.

I've seen that head before. Who is he?

When he turned to me I immediately look the other way. How embarrassing.

It doesn't matter. Can I go see Y/n again? She said she feed the fish bread. I can't just show up there after everything I've done. Should I go and apologize for making her cry? She did say she was there every Tuesday. Or is it too creepy?

-End of the school day-

I start biking home and see people running along the way. Once I get there I go inside and greet my mother. "Hey mom, I'm home." I search for the remote joy knowing my mother was behind me. "Hi Sho." I flinched a bit. "You scared the crap out of me!" I turned towards her and also see Maria holding her hand. "What's up?" She laughed nervously. "I'm sorry for burning all your hard earned money, I didn't mean to. But then again you only earned that money so you could kill yourself. So I don't want it anyway." I slouched down a bit. "Sorry mom, I'll earn it back." "I know you will. But I don't want you to worry too much about it. In the meantime, how about some dinner? Who's hungry?" Maria got excited. "Me! I'm hungry!" Maria shouted.

It was the next morning and I was already riding my bike to school.

Tuesday. I reminded myself.

I parked my bike and was about to walk inside the school when I overheard someone talking. "Hey, let me borrow your bike." I thought he was talking to me so I turned his way. "What do you need my bicycle for?" Oh the guy I saw at lunch. "I forgot something at home! And I need your bike to get it." "I don't even know you. Why can't you just use your own bike?" I just kept on walking "I'm asking you because I don't have one!" I heard the guy trying to take the bike and I turn back at them. "No please don't!" The green haired guy looked scared and had tears in his eyes "I'm being robbed! Somebody help me!" He was looking for people. "Anybody out there! Why won't anyone help me?" I walked up to them. "Hey uh-" "What?" He let go of the guy's bike and turned to me. "Do you wanna borrow mine? It's over there." "Yeah? Thanks man, your a god send."
