Son Of The Shadow Monarch

Chapter 8

(Hi)

Glynda was pacing back and forth where Izuku had left her standing after running off. She was worried. Glynda had never seen him so furious and ready to kill, and he took off running. Not long after he ran off, she felt so much bloodlust that it almost brought her to her knees in fear.

She was worried for her students that were still out in the woods. She was about to go and start looking for them when a group came running out of the woods. Soon more and more groups showed up being driven out of the woods by the overwhelming bloodlust coming from them, their instincts telling them to flee.

"Ms. Goodwitch, what was that just now?" A random student asked, running up to her.

"I don't know. I was just about to go find out." Glynda said, starting to walk towards the woods only to stop as two shadows came out from them carrying two people covered in two jackets.

"Jane!!" Team NPR and RWBY called out, running over to the shadow, followed by another group running to the other girl, quickly taking her from the giant shadow and looking at him suspiciously. Glynda recognized one of the shadows and made her way over to him.

"Igris, what the hell is happening!?" Glynda said, running up to Igris, who was setting down Jane and starting on first aid on her. "what happened to these two, and where is Izuku?"

"The one over there was about to be assaulted by Cardin and his group. They were held off by Ms. Jane here." Igris said, his deep voice sounding even more grave than usual. "My lord arrived just in time to save her when she was about to pass out after putting up a resistance with one of the shadows he kept in her shadow."

"Igris, where is Izuku?" Glynda asked, getting even more worried, not for Izuku but about what he would do. Team NPR and RWBY were also worried for Izuku but were focused on treating Jane. They, however, kept an ear on Igris's and Glynda's conversation.

"Those fools have angered the one person whose rage they should fear the most," Igris said, looking up into Glynda's eyes. "They have my sympathy. I doubt their deaths will be painless."

"what do you mean their deaths?" Ruby asked worriedly

Igris: "the bloodlust you felt belonged to my lord. He has not been this angry in a very long time and killed the person the last time he was."

Weiss: "what! Who was it that could have made him this mad?"

"the person who experimented on his daughter," Igris said, looking up at the gathered group after finishing his first aid on Jane. The group stood there in silence, not liking what Igris had just told them.

Igris made his way over to the other girl to start assisting with treating her wounds. Her group was suspicious when the shadow came over, but he paid them no mind and got to work patching up the unconscious woman under the watchful eye of the other three.

(We now go back a bit after Igris and Iron left.)

Izuku stood there unmoving, Blackwhip slowly coming under control as he got his rage under control enough to control its movement. He kept a close eye on Cardin and his group's movements, not wanting them to try and run off. There would be no escape for them Izuku had made sure of that, having already ordered the rest of his shadows to surround them.

"what the fuck is that shit, you freak!!" Cardin yelled, pointing at the dark mass coming from Izuku's skin.

"Why would I bother telling a bunch of dead men anything?" Izuku said, his voice cold with anger.

"what was that freak!" Cardin yelled, motioning for his group to surround Izuku. Seeing as they could do nothing, he allowed it to happen. "Ha, got you surrounded now, freak! What are you going to do all alone!? Once we are done with you, we are going after those little sluts you are always hanging around."
