Son Of The Shadow Monarch

Chapter 14

We pick up right where we left off, with Izuku having punched All Might in the face so hard that he went flying out the doors at the end of the throne room.

"Sorry about that," Izuku said, rubbing his wrist with a huge smile. "That is just something I have wanted to do for a long time."

"Who was that for them to earn a punch to the face from you?" Betty asked, Zooming over and grabbing Izuku's hand before anyone else could move and inspecting it to ensure nothing was wrong. "Also, who are these people that just appeared out of nowhere?"

"That was my ex-father, and the green-haired girl that ran after him was my ex-sister," Izuku said as Betty finished inspecting his hand, giving it an all-clear. In contrast, the others turned hate-filled glares towards the direction All Might had flown off into. "as for your question, Ruby, the people that appeared are the previous holders of the quick one for all."

"Oh, that makes sense," Ruby said and zoomed in front of Nana, holding out a hand to the older woman. "Hello, my name is Ruby Rose. It's nice to meet you."

"Hello, Dear I already know who all of you are. We have been watching you through Izuku's eyes, but it is a pleasure to meet you finally." Nana said, shaking Ruby's hand with a warm smile to the young woman, then looking over to smile at the rest of the group who returned it. Some of the Group walked over, introducing themselves and starting a conversation with Nana and the other vestiges

"That wasn't very Kingly Izuku," Olivia said Jokingly, walking over and standing next to Izuku as the vestiges talked among the group. Izuku just shrugged at the statement while giving a slight chuckle.

"Oh, and what would be kingly then? Maybe this?" Izuku said, smirking at Olivia and walking towards the stone throne, gaining everyone's attention as he walked. The Shadows, still kneeling during the ordeal, bowed their heads as Izuku walked by. Around Izuku, the shadows rose and started to engulf him, leaving only his head visible as he walked. As he approached the throne, the shadows started peeling away, and Izuku's clothes changed. A formal black suit replaced his once casual clothing with purple highlights. He stopped in front of the throne and turned to face the gathered Shadows, and out of his shadow rose a long sword in an elaborate sheath.

"How about this? Do I look kingly now?" Izuku said, sitting down on the stone throne  hands resting on the hilt of the sword and looking at Olivia with a smirk causing her to blush.

"Yes that looks very kingly" Olivia said while trying to hide her blush

"YOU LOOK AWESOME, IZU!" Ruby said, dashing over and standing in front of Izuku. She was abruptly stopped when she noticed the sword in Izuku's hands. "OH MY OUM, THIS SWORD IS BEAUTIFUL! Can I please see it?!" Ruby asked, giving Izuku her best puppy dog eyes.

"Sure, Little Red," Izuku said, handing the sword to the eager redhead, who took the sword with a happy smile and started looking over it with her mother, who had walked over. "Now, before I forget, you were going to ask me something, Nana, before we were interrupted. What was it?"

"Oh right, sorry about that," Nana said, her easygoing smile vanishing and being replaced by a stern face that looked like it could fall into despair at any moment. "Is Tenko in this world?"

Izuku's smile faltered, seeing the hope in Nana's eyes.

"I do not know if he is still here, but last I was here, he had a house set up in a far corner of the town away from all other people," Izuku said, seeing a spark of hope deep within Nana's eyes. "Bellion, do you know if he is still there?"

"I believe so after he was killed by the man known as All For One after being labeled useless and being taken over by the Monarch of destruction," Bellion said, with Nana letting out a small sob upon hearing this. "We have continued your orders in your absence and continued to check on him and supply anything he requested as long as possible he has secluded himself away, only leaving at night when he believes he is not being watched and travels to a small park nearby."
