After leaving the land of Rest, Izuku and the others returned to Remnant, where they spent the rest of the day resting. The following morning, however, Izuku woke up the two groups for their punishment, and Team CFVY joined them. The three teams spent the morning running around the campus before classes started. After the run, seeing how tired they were, Izuku took pity on the group and made breakfast for them.

And like that, two months would pass, and the group would fall into a familiar pattern. In the morning before the first class, Izuku would wake up and train, occasionally joined by one of the others or, on rare occasions, all three groups. Then, after classes were over for the day, Izuku would work on combat skills with the three teams, causing their combat skills to start progressing rapidly.

There was only one person who would constantly join him in his morning training, and that was Jane. She pushed herself almost to the point of collapse multiple times, and Izuku would have to carry her to her room afterward. He tried bringing it up with her, but she always brushed it off as not a big problem, causing him and her team to worry about her.

But after those two months, we see team RWBY and Izuku walking towards the dock surrounded by people as an older man hoists a sign between two buildings that reads "Welcome to Vale."

"The vytal festival!" Weiss says, smiling widely. "Oh, this is absolutely wonderful."

"I don't think I've ever seen you smile this much, Weiss," Ruby says, smiling wryly at her teammate. "It's kinda weirding me out..."

"How could you not smile?" Weiss asks, turning on her teammates. "A festival dedicated to the cultures of the world! There will be dances, parades, and A tournament!"

"Tournament?' Izuku asks, a look of confusion on his face cutting off Weiss from the lengthy commentary she was about to go on.

"Oh, right, this is Greenie's first festival!" Yang excitedly says as she jumps onto Izuku's back, wrapping her legs around his stomach to steady herself and hugging him tightly. "We're gonna have to make this the best time for you and little Eri!"

"Speaking of Eri, where is she, Izu?' Ruby asked, walking up beside Izuku and shooting her sister a glare, which Yang returned by sticking out her tongue and smirking.

"She wanted to stay with Betty," Izuku said, not seeing the stare-down between the two sisters as he walked towards the docks. "Like me, Eri has been fascinated with the recorded history of this world, so she wanted to stay with Betty and learn more. Which Betty eagerly accepted when Eri asked to learn more from her. I think she is trying to turn my daughter into her little assistant."

"Remind me again why we're spending our Friday afternoon visiting the stupid docks," Yang asked, hugging izuku tightly before jumping down and walking towards the railing.

"Ugh, they smell like fish," Ruby said, covering her nose.

"I've heard that students visiting from Vacuo will arrive by ship today," Weiss says, looking out at the arriving ships before turning back to look at her team and Izuku. "And as a representative of Beacon, I feel as though it is my solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom."

Blake: "She wants to spy on them so she'll have the upper hand in the tournament."

"AH! You can't prove that!" Weiss says, turning around and glaring at Blake while crossing her arms.

"You understand by saying that you confirmed her point, Right?" Izuku said, raising an eyebrow, causing Weiss to look away quickly, pouting, a deep blush spreading across her cheeks.

Ruby: "Woah"

The group turned when they heard Ruby's exclamation to see her looking down the street. The group looked in the same direction she was to see a wholly trashed dust store down the block, with officers standing outside and yellow police tape covering the broken door and windows. The group walked forward to get a closer look at the building. As they approached, Izuku recognized the two police officers standing before the building.
