I wrote this a while ago, but I just decided to post it here. So enjoy the most relateable shiz ever.
"sup. y u not talking to me. Let's go to the mall." I DM my best friend. To my alarm, she doesn't answer. I snapchat her and iMessage her. When I iMessage her, it won't send. I keep trying. FaceTime, call, kik, tumblr, and anything else. I sit there for 15 minutes listening to music and waiting for a reply or at least a read/view. Nothing. My phone gives me the 10% warning. Shoot. I start rummaging through all the wires next to the outlet. 5% battery left. I find my cord, but I need to pull it out. I accidentally pull out my ear bud (I was only wearing one) and start freaking out. I'm missing the chorus of my favorite song and my phone is on 3%. I shove my earbud in and look down at my phone. She finally got one! She blows up my phone, reading all my messages, but not replying to any of them. 1% battery and she finally replies to one. I don't get to see it though, because my phone dies.
I get my phone plugged in and wait through the silence of my ear buds for it to turn on. After like, eternity, it turns on. I sit on my bedroom floor so I can be within 3 feet of the charger.
