I was once shielded by a long, steady wall
Yet with only the wind as you companion, you made it fall
I'm a faint-hearted person, not even strong at all
Just swift of your hand, it was my downfall

You gave me hope when you offered your hand
Not knowing it was a trap in the end
How foolish of me, I didn't comprehend
Tell me, are you a foe or a friend?

My efforts are worthless when it comes to you
Well, what can a darkness do to a light like you?
The little strength I had, it was all untrue
I was weak, very weak, how can I fool you?

If, only if I am strong enough to withstand your storms,
If only I could recognize you in all forms
If only then, I shouldn't be laying my swords now
I accept defeat, I lose, I lose you too now
