BROKEN INSIDE

...PROLOGUE...

Pearl (P.O.V)
Horrified mom entered my room while my 8 year self was playing and didn't have any idea what made mom terrified.

"Okay,listen to me Percy you will not speak a single word untill and unless I tell you so now come here and hide here in the closet and don't make noise and come out of it untill uncle John comes and finds you.

She said tears running down her face and a pain hidden in her voice but I didn't say anything and just noded and soon after my dad came in and kissed me and said.

"Listen to your mommy and do accordingly we will meet you at uncle John's place. Am l clear baby."

I just nod and they closed the closet door hiding me. I put it open ajar a little to peek outside and soon regreted it.

The gun went off and see both my mom and dad are lying down with red liquid flowing down their body, with my teary eyes I looked at them and soon enough closet door was pulled open by a boy who was not older than 10 with a gun and signaled me to keep quite and I just nod with my hesd, tears flowing down my cheeks at high speed thats made everything blur and he spoke.

"No, one is here all clear boss."

Then he turned towards me and said.

"I am sorry about what just happened but trust me I am forced to do this and I regretted doing this once I am out of this I will find you and explain everything to you till then just do as your parents told you so. I promise I will come for you and save you from this bastards, Okay."

I noded and he kissed my forehead and left the room. I came out of my closet and went to my mom dad and started sobbing hard and their blood was all over my clothes and hand causing me hyperventilalize and breath heavily causing black spots to form over my vision.

I shoot awake grasping for air breathing heavily to air enter my lungs to calm myself soon, enough a hand landed on my back rubbing it causing me to flinch out of fear. When I notice it's just Lucy my sister I calm down. And she asked.

"Again, had the same dream?"

I noded she knows that I have those dreams every other night of my life hence, she never leaves my side at nights. What she doesn't know is that it's not only my nightmares, it's the bitter truth of my childhood.

She sigh and said.

"Okay, will you go back to sleep or come with me for a walk it's almost 6 in the morning."

I shook my head and she noded and left my room to have her walk.

Hi! I am Pearl Gracia yay, I am Pearl you may guess who the hell Percy is now, it's me. What do you guys think I will go with the same name as before when I don't even know who killed my parents.

Where I leave now is my foster parents home they adopted me when I was 11 and I know they love me cause they treat me the best yay, better than my own uncle. Yes. Uncle John.

Now, you may guess why I am not living with him it's a story for other time. But, the guy that day helped me seems so serious and I want to believe him. I saw in his eyes there was guilt clearly written over his face.
