 11:30pm

"Hm... plenty of time" you said as you looked at your watch. You had arrived at Freddy Fazbears Diner for your first night shift. You had applied for a job here because you wanted to try something new, the store you had worked at before was nice and you were still friends with the people who worked there, although you missed them you could still hang out with them when they were free. When you entered the diner, it was kind of well lit, dimmed in some spots, but still enough light to see the place clearly. Tonight, felt good so you put on your headphones and played your most vibed dancing song/s on and instead of walking down the hall, you danced your way down dropping great moves and jamming to every beat, however you had no idea that someone was watching you through the cameras. Before you entered the room you took off your headphones and placed them in your pocket, then entered. When you went in the room you saw a boy with brown, hazelnut hair watching a tablet that was in his hand. You then snuck up behind him tapping him on the shoulder.

 "Aaaaahhh!!" he screamed before jumping out of his seat and falling over. "Oh shit! Sorry I didn't mean to scare you, here let me help you." You said as you helped the frightened boy up. When you saw his face, there was no eyes and nose, only a question mark and exclamation mark. "HOLY! Your face! What happened to it?!" you said as you inched back from him. "s-s-sorry" he said as he hid his face in his hands. "No, it's ok I'm sorry I shouldn't of have acted like that, it's just.... Your different that's all not in a bad way though." You said trying not to sound awkward. "i-its ok. A lot of p-people h-have th-that t-type of reaction w-when they s-see m-me." He said, now looking at you. "Oh, ok then, quick question though is this the right room for night watch?". "y-yeah th-this is the r-right room, m-my names Jeremy b-by the w-way, you'll be with m-me t-t-tonight." He said as he put his hand out shyly.

 "Ok then Jeremy, the names y/n." you said as you shook his hand. "And I'm also new by the way, this is my first shift so could you maybe give me a quick intro on what we have to do?" you said while rubbing the back of your neck. "S-sure. S-so what we have t-to d-do is w-we have t-to watch the p-place through t-the c-cameras a-and we h-have to make s-sure th-that we are w-watching. I-if anything c-comes t-to the doors w-we have t-to close them." He said while getting up and pushing the button to shut the door. "a-and this b-button to t-turn the l-light on t-to see w-what's in the h-hallway" he said then pushing the button on top of the door button, then returning to his seat. "And we only g-get a c-certain amount o-of power f-for the d-doors and t-tablet, so we h-have t-to be c-c-considerate of h-how we u-use the p-power t-to make s-sure it d-doesn't r-run out." He said. "And what happens if the power goes out?" you said.

 "W-well.... T-the animatronics y-you saw out t-there..... t-they move and w-well t-there t-trying t-to kill u-us. Th-that's why w-we h-have to b-be on high a-alert a-at all t-times and s-save a-as m-much power as we c-can." He said looking to the floor. "Wait, so you're telling me this is technically a job where your put into a life-or-death situation" u said looking at him. "p-pretty much" he said while still looking at the floor. Then a chime went off, "T-that's t-time to s-start". He said now getting ready. You were still shocked at the fact that you had no idea what you had to put yourself into, and now you were put in a position that if you messed up, you were going to put your life at risk. "Great.... Just great.... Now I'm gonna die aren't i?" you said now getting an icky feeling in your stomach.

 "H-hey i-its ok y-y/n its only t-the first night, a-and n-not much h-happens on t-the first n-night, ill m-make sure that n-nothing h-happens to y-you." He said as he fidgeted with his hands. "Thanks.... Did you know that you stutter a lot?" you said as you looked at him. "Y-yeah....s-sorry i-if y-you d-don't like it" he said as he looked at the ground again. "Hey, its ok, I actually find it kind of cute actually." You said. "r-really?.....th-thanks." He said as he rubbed the back of his neck, while blushing a little. "Hey y/n......I uh... s-saw you d-dancing e-earlier t-through t-the c-cameras a-and...y-you're a p-pretty g-good d-d-dancer." He said, looking to the ground. "r-really!.... um t-thanks I guess it's from the coffee then" u said while rubbing the back of your neck. Jeremy then chuckled and you chuckled as well, but in your head, you were like "damn it, oh well I guess it's out there now.". Your first shift was pretty good actually (apart from getting scared the shit out of from the animatronics appearing then and there) and you survived the night without getting killed, good on you, now you had to do it all over again tomorrow night, Great.
