Onto the story~~~

I open container door after container door, hoping to find a button to press.

Opening up the next one, I look inside.

Nothing.

I need to keep looking.

I won't give up.

I can't.

This is all my fault.

"Fuck!" I yell, kicking the door of another container after finding it empty.

But a short while after that, I hear the robotic voice again.

"The player team has secured an item."

I turn to look at the screen.

2,500 points were added to our side, but it still wasn't enough.

"The King of Clubs team is now leading by 500 points"

But it gave me hope.

I smile slightly.

Usagi must've gotten it.

Maybe we can still make it.

Only 500 more points.

I turn, to go back to the base, when I hear a hoarse coughing nearby.

I stop walking and see Niragi stepping in front of me.

"Niragi?" I ask, confused.

Didn't he go a completely different way?

He smirks for a second, but starts coughing again, and my eyes widen as I watch blood pour from his mouth.

I take a step closer.

"Niragi!" I exclaim in shock.

He's bleeding from the inside.

As he looks up at me again, he starts chuckling darkly.

"Yeah, poor Niragi." He says.

I furrow my eyebrows, but brush it off.

"Usagi found the last item. We just need 500-" I start, but he quickly cuts me off, taking a step closer.

I start feeling a bit uneasy.

"It's a waste of time." He just says.

"But we can't just give up" I tell him.

"I'm going to look for Usagi. She's also not willing to give up." I say sternly and walk past him.

But he catches my arm with his bandaged hand, spreading a bad feeling in my stomach.

I turn my head back to him.

"Niragi?" I ask, my voice shaking a bit.

But he doesn't look at me.

Only his grip on my arm tightens.

"We're all gonna die."

"Huh?" I let out.
