Pt.27

"I brought food" hobi said with a big smile plastered on his face.

"I'm not hungry " tae said and was about to close the door but

" Come on you haven't eaten since morning we don't want you to grow lean than you already are your parents would be disappointed in us you know" hobi said with a cute pout on his face.

"Yahhh are you saying I'm lean " Tae  questioned but hobi looked him up and down indicating how obvious it was.

"Fine come on in"

With that hobi went into the cozy room of the tae and sat the tray of food down on a table in the room and sat himself down on a chair to get comfortable.

Tae instantly began to dig into the food to fill up his empty stomach while hobi was quietly watching him not knowing how to start to say whatever was going on in his mind.

Tae was peacefully munching down on his food when

"Taehyung"

"Humm" tae hummed in response but hobi didn't say anything he then raised his head to look at hobi and saw hobi's gaze on his food

"Do you want some??" Tae asked mouth full with food.

" No no I was just zoning out a bite"hobi said waving his hands at him

"Just that have you noticed the change  in Jungkook's actions of late?"

Hobi pointed out with hopeful eyes staring at tae.

Tae immediately stoped chewing and lifted his gaze up to hobi's hopeful ones as he just nodded

"He's ignoring me. That's what he always does. Nothinghas changed." tae said staring at the food of which he lost all the appetite in him to devour it.

"No he's not" Hobi protested

"Yes he is "

" look Taehyung, I think there is something up with Jungkook that kinda has something to do with you.

Haven't you noticed how he just doesn't utter a word in your presence?

You know, the Jungkook you see today isn't the Jungkook I knew.

The Jungkook I knew Jungkook wasn't like this ....he wasn't always this hot confident CEO who just knew what to say every single time.

He was a confined person very shy and would never say a word to any one -" hobi began but was cut off by Tae

"Wait why are you telling me this"

"Because this has everything to do with you, he changed completely from his old self which was a really shy little kid who would not utter a word no matter what the case is and turned himself into what you are seeing him as now but for the past few weeks I've noticed the changes in his actions when ever you show up or whenever your name pops up in our conversations he begin to act just like the kid I saw years back always in a huge hoodie with the hood always always covering his face .

I've never seen him in the passed years I've worked with him for quite a while and I've never seen him act the way he acted when he saw you. "

"What are you trying to say" Now his full attention on hobi

"What I'm trying to say is that there might be a possibility no what I'm saying is that I think Jungkook likes you "

"Pfff what the hell is this a prank or something "

"No Taehyung this might get out of hand the reason he acts like that is because I think he kinda fears the way you would respond to his actions that's just the way he acted years back.

I think whenever you are near him he becomes shy old Jungkook and this can only happen when he's developed strong feeling for you "

"How can it get out of hand"

"Well he might end up acting like this with everyone and that's not gonna go well for the company"

"Oh-wait how do you know this much about his childhood did you live with him or were you his relative *gasps* brothers?"

"Aish no we aren't, I was just a student of the school he attended. The first time I saw him he was being bullied by his mates for being so quiet and isolated from others.

Like who gets bullied for that.

Anyways I stepped in and acted like the hero I am and saved him thinking I would get to be his friend but the only thing a got was a deep bow and he placed the hood back on his head.

He was cute though* chuckle*"

"So what you're trying to say is that the hot, handsome, confident, great, scrumptious, good looking Jeon Jungkook whom I would always drool over- that part wasn't part ..... anyways was once a shy boy who didn't have any friend in school"

" Exactly "

" And it's all because of me that old Jungkook is back"

Hobi nodded

" And it's because you THINK he has feeling now for me "

"Yh"

" pfff nonsense " He leaned back on the sofa

" I just needed you to know that he isn't intentionally ignoring you and it isn't fully his fault when he behaves like that"

Hobi said while leaving a bewildering Tae pondering over what he just told him.

" You know this might be the beginning of a new love story" hobi pointed out with a smug smile on his face when he opened the door but then he bumped into someone he didn't expect he would meet on a Saturday noon in his home.

Jimin.

Silence

Oh my gosh say something already.

They both were staring into each other's souls not wanting to detach their eyes from each other like there was no tomorrow leaving poor jin behind Jimin while he looks back and forth at them with a hope in his eyes that at least of god's sake they would utter a single word or they would move away from his way so he can go to Tae in peace but nothing they said and did absolutely nothing.

Nothing

"Guys?"Tae called out from the inside of the room to which Jin thanked him for inwardly for relieving him from the awkward silence but the two seem to be lovebirds didn't even fidget from their previous position still just staring into each other's eyes lost.

When Tae noticed how the other two were staring into each other's souls and not moving like statues he then looked at jin to ask what was going on but Jin was the last person you would want to ask this question cause he doesn't know wtf was going on.

I mean, yes Jimin has told him a couple of times about his crush on this man but that doesn't mean he's gonna staring into his eyes like they hold gold in them.

Wtf did he think this was, a romance novel where the princess and the prince is gonna stare into each other's eyes the moment they saw each other for over a century ???

" Jimin" Jin whispered under his breath to get Jimin out of his daze but still nothing from both sides.

Is this some kind of joke

"Jimin" he said jabbing Jimin's arm with his elbow and that when hobi snapped from his daze  but unfortunately jimin wasn't out of his - he wanted to stare a bit more.

" Uhh.. hey I think you're probably here to see Tae let me leave you to it see you around" hobi said to Jin with a heart warming smile once he snapped out of the trance with the other male who was surprisingly still staring the shit out of his handsome face.

He quickly walked out from there without sparing a single glance at the short male .

" I think someone is whipped " Jin teased while finally walking into tae's room to talk about some real shit.

After a solid hour of vivid explanation of the whole stituation including hobi's part to his friends, Tae was left with dumbfounded humans sitting opposite him on his bed with their mouth agar.
