Chapter 22 Flashback

Jakes P.O.V.

So right now I'm in the packhouse with the others. At first I didn't know why I was here but apparently Jays best mate Sarah has been kidnapped. Where she is we don't really know. Jays talking to Josh and he thinks we should search for her but Josh says were still not ready.

"But Josh you don't understand she could be injured." Jay said. "If we go now all of us against him we can get him!" As he said that I agreed in my head. "No." Josh said simply. "If we go in now like wild dogs we'll get massacred."

Sam looked up from the table and giggled. "Well Josh we technically ARE wild dogs." Josh eyeballed him. "Sam I'm not stupid I was being sarcastic." He said. "So what do we do now." Ryan asked. "We keep waiting." Josh said. "We wait until the time is right and we all attack, no buts."

Jay opened his mouth to say something but instead sulked off before transforming and running home. "Well I gotta go as well." Sam said before he turned and also ran off. Josh looked at us.

"Now before I go I just need to check some things." Josh said to me and Ryan. "Ok." Ryan said back.

"Well the moons big tonight." Ryan said. "Yeah. It is." I said back. We were lying on a hay bale just outside the house looking up at the sky.

"So um I'm kind of curious." I said. "Ryan can I ask you something?" He looked back at me. "Yeah sure what?" I looked back up at the sky and said. "How'd you become a wolf."

He looked away from me and looked up at the sky as well as the moon came out from a cloud. "Well I don't really know how exactly." He started. "But my first transformation happened when I was 11."

I tried to think of that. 'Just 11 years old. So young.' I looked back at him. "Was it painful?" I said.

He kept looking at the sky. But soon turned towards me and started.

'RYAN'S POV.'

'I ran out of town quickly holding my chest in pain. I don't know where but I just kept running. "Uggghhhh" I said to myself. "What's happening to me?" And I suddenly fell to my knees. "Ugghhharrrrrr" I moaned loudly. And then something happened. My whole body started to shake violently and heat up like I was on fire. "AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! HELLLPPP PLEASEEEEEE!!!". Then it started.
My back made a loud crack and I felt my spine bone get bigger, it pushed upwards. I bit my lip as the pain increased. My chest started to expand as well and my arms got biceps. I started to sweat badly. My shirt ripped off from the back and the front. My pants ripped and my legs got longer. My legs bursted threw my shoes and formed into wolf hackles, so did my hands. I fell on all fours. 'PLEASE MAKE IT STOP' I screamed in my mind. But that wasn't it.
My face pushed out forward and formed a muzzle. My canines came threw and where more sharper. My ears pulled backwards into wolf ears. My eyes turned from a hazel brown to a dark orange. "GGRRRRRRRRRRR" I tried to talk but my speech was gone. My underwear burst and my tale came out.
I was an 11 year old boy scared of it but after it finished I looked up at the moon and howled. 'Wow this feels quite good now that the pain is gone.' I thought and with that my wolf side took over and I ran into the forest.....'

Jakes P.O.V.

"Wow..." I said exasperated. "That's... Um.. Crazy." Ryan looked back at me and smiled. "Haha yeah I guess it was." "How'd you learn to cope with it?"

Ryan shrugged. "Don't know really, I just changed more and more and eventually it was like a hobbie." I looked back up at the moon and just looked at it for no reason.

"Hey you two." Josh called to us. "I'm locking up so I'll see you guys whenever I say there's a meeting." And with that he turned and ran the opposite direction. I got up and turned to Ryan.

"Wanna race?" I said and Ryan jumped up eagerly. "You're SO going down." And with that we both turned and ran home..

Hey waz up I'm back!! Well not for like all the time just today I was available so yeah. I've only got 2 more weeks left in school followed by my exams so yeah wont be updating every minute Kk.
