Chapter 6 Help

Jakes P.O.V.

I woke up naked in a field lying on grass and feeling a bit light headed. I got up but nearly fell forward so I decided to kneel and just sit there trying to figure out where an earth was I??.

"Don't know where I am, now what?" I say annoyingly. It must be early dawn as the sun is about to come up. But as this was happening I realised I was in farmer Burners field, he's a local farmer but lives on the outskirts of town. THE OUTSKIRTS.

I then sat down and sulked. I did know the way back to town and I probably know it with my eyes closed but the problem is I'm naked, dizzy, covered in dry mud, hair messy, and I've got a little bit of dried blood around my mouth. Curious by this I put my finger up to my mouth and OUCH!!.

My teeth, well canine teeth as we call them, are extremely sharp. "Well that's great I WONDER what the dentist will say." I moaned but then had a plan as I got up.

Maybe I could get home easily by walking threw the fields and ditches and whatever because it is dawn and the sun hasn't come up yet so it must be early hours of the morning. So I've decided what I'm going to do, walk threw the fields. And who's gunna see me??

As I start walking I think I need to see Sophia because she does know about werewolfs and I guess I'm one now because I did transform into one, and plus I know nothing about them so I need to know off an expert on how to I don't know, stop me from transforming so often??

I know it's going to be awkward showing up to best friends house (who's a girl) but I've got no other choice. I already took my clothes off in some alleyway next to my house and even if I kept them on they probably would have ripped off.

"Please be home Sophia" I said to myself. "I need you".

Sophia's P.O.V.

I woke up slowly but then jumped out of bed quickly cause I just remembered what happened yesterday, Jake turned into a werewolf. With know other ideas I pick up my phone and call his mobile. But it went straight to voicemail so I hung up.

Still having no idea what to do I just sat on my couch and turned on the TV. The local news was on so I decided to watch it, most of it was boring really, one was that some druggie went around breaking shop windows, two was that someone beat cancer, three was our town won the local soccer league, but finally the last thing made me worried, it actually probably made me terrified.

Newsman : "A medium sized dog as it was first described at first was scene running into a farm owned by local farmer Robert Burner. The animal was then scene sniffing the ground before attacking several of Burners chickens killing 4 and eating 2. As the wolf as it is now being described finished it was scene running into Burners field before disappearing for the rest of the night."

I turned the TV off. Oh god the news is right... That's Jake I recognise the colour. As soon as I said this there was a knock on the door and I went to open it and there stood Jake looking extremely tired. "Uhh Sophia please can I come in.. I..can't get into my house because I don't have a key and my mums not home...please".

"Yes quickly now!!" I exclaimed and half pulled him in threw the door. "My head hurts...uhh...and my legs do as well" Jake moaned again. "And I feel like I've eaten a rock or something".

I looked at him in the eye. "Jake you attacked farmer Burners chickens so that's why your feeling full." I said simply. Jake stopped. "Oh...but...how I don't..remember". I smiled back at him. "Yes I know you don't remember and that's fine, how would you".

Jake then said. "Oh yeah that's why I came to your house because I didn't believe you at first but I guess I am a werewolf.. But Sophia I need you. To help me." And then he looked sad. "I..I don't want to hurt people..I don't want to hurt anything really, or kill anything either..plea..please help me Sophia I don't want to be a murderous monster" he finished.

That's when I hugged him, and he hugged back, I also didn't care if he was naked because he's my best friend and bf's stick together no matter what. "Jake I will help you" I said. "Now that you're a werewolf you're no longer human but that doesn't matter and I will help you." "I'll make sure you won't be a monster, I promise".

After that he didn't say anything but just stayed hugging me and I stayed hugging him. "Thanks, for being with me". He said. "No problem" I said back.
