this is basically a story about a girl who has an older brother who plays on barća and is best friends with pedri, you meet him after one of your brothers games and you already knew it was love
the warm morning light shined down onto my face, shining through my eyelids. i opened my eyes to see another beautiful day in barcelona. i checked the weather and it was hot for it being the middle of november. it was almost 70 degrees instead of the normal 60-65. that reminded me that i needed to talk to my brother about pedri. i got out of my bed, still in my pajamas, and walked down the hallway to my brothers room.
his room was super messy right now but he was already awake on his phone. he saw me walk in and his eyes followed me as i sat down on the end of his bed.
"hey y/b/n"
" morning, wassup?"
"i just wanted to talk to you about pedri. i just wanted you to know that i'm not trying to steal your best friend but i really, really like him and i just wanted to make sure that our relationship as of last night, doesn't bother you in any way. your still my brother and i care about you"
"oh no, no y/n it's all good with me. just because you two are together doesn't mean that me and him can't be friends. we live together anyways. just don't get to lovey dovey infront of me please. that's nasty as hell"
"i promise we won't. i just wanted to make sure it was all good"
"yeah your good. can you go wake him up by the way. it's already 10:36"
"ok. bye y/b/n"
"bye" i caught him answer as i closed the door to his room. i went to pedri's room and knocked lightly on the door incase he was changing or something. i quietly opened the door to see pedri still passed out. he didn't have a shirt on but i didn't think he cared anymore now that we were together. i walked over and sat next to him in his bed.
"good morning sleepy. rise and shine" my hand rested on his cheek as my thumb moved back and forth. he stirred and move around a little.
"cmon it's time to get up" i shook him a little and he rolled over to face the opposite side of the bed.
" stop it i'm tired" he whined in his cute little sleepy voice. i ran a hand through his hair and told him,
"if you wake up we can go swimming. it's 70 degrees today"
"maybe" he yawned
"cmonnnn" i coaxed, "please"
"fine" he rolled back over to face me.
"ok, chop chop lollipop"
"what did you just say?" i forgot he had never been to the united states before let alone know our slang.
"it's a thing we say back home. just an expression for 'lets go' i guess. so that means you should hurry up and get in a swimsuit. meet me downstairs in 10, k?"
"fine" i stood up and walked out the door. i went back to my brothers room and poked my head through the doorway.
"want to go swimming with me and pedri?"
"in a bit. i'll come down in like 20 minutes"
"ok bet" i left and ran back to my room. i got changed into this bathing suit,

and put my hair up in a messy bun. i put deodorant on but didn't bother to put perfume on since it would just go away in the chlorine anyways. i brushed my teeth, put on an oversized sweatshirt so i was a little bit warmer since it was still breezy outside even without it being 70 degrees. i ran downstairs and walked out through the door and onto the warm ground. there was a pool and a hot tub but i decided that i would get in the pool first. as i was taking off my sweatshirt and slowly slipped into the pool, when pedri came outside with swim trunks on and across the pavement and jumped straight into the pool. he made a huge splash and got my hair wet.
"pedri!" i yelled as he resurfaced, "i didn't want to get my hair wet" he swum over to me and wrapped his arms around me.
"well that sucks doesn't it" he smirked at me and i just rolled my eyes. all of a sudden he picked me up and threw me. i swam back up,
"what the hell man" i wiped my eyes, "your so mean and for what"
"for fun honestly"
whatever. you still suck" i swam back over to him and shoved his head into the water. my judgment must have been wrong because it was a bit chilly.
"i'm gonna get in the hot tub i don't know about you" i hopped out and walked around to the hot tub. it wasn't that warm. but then i noticed pedri walked over to the side if the house to switch a button. the jets start going on the sides a little and it got warmer as pedri climbed in. he sat right next to me and held my hand.
" it's kind if weird now that i'm thinking about it. i'm dating my bestfriend's sister."
"so? i'm dating my brother best friend"
"well yeah but i would've never expected it especially since you live so far away"
"yeah i know. i honestly don't want to leave"
"i don't want you to leave either" he slowly let go of my hand and placed his hand on my lower thigh, drawing circles with his thumb.
i leaned my head on his shoulder and sighed a big heavy sigh,
"what's wrong?"
"i don't know. i'm just going to miss you a lot. this long distance thing is going to be so hard. i struggled in relationships with people at my highschool let alone people who live 14 hours away"
"it'll be ok i promise" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ i love this man so much omg. i think i'm uploading tomorrow and maybe sunday so we'll see 🤷♀️
