Raya and I heard the bus, we threw our hoods up and stuffed our head phones in our ears. We get bullied on the bus alot , ever since we were in 3rd grade. They treat us like we are rag dolls , pushing us into corners of the bus, triping us in the asile. We ahve tons of bumps and bruses because of them , we never told an adult, we thought they would not care. Guess that was a bad decision.
As the bus pulled up, I noticed that there was a sub. We was horrified because when ever there was a substitute they think they can bully us even more. They think they have more "freedom". When we got on, we ran to the back and hid under the last seat. We are the first bus stop so nobody is on. But we have 5 minutes until the next stop. That gives us just the right amount of time to hide perfectly.
It was time we were at the next stop. I could hear everyone coming on and saying "Where's those brats?" Then all of a sudden the 2 boys sat in the seat we were hiding under. Raya and I were sweating in fear. Then out of no where one swung his foot back and hit me in the face. I screamed out "OW!" The boy looked under and said, "Hey! I found the little idiots!" He pulled me by the hood and said, "Hey kid wanna see what my dad gave me?"
I nodded and he pulled out a pistol. "Dad was going to give it to me for my 14th but he gave it to me early." He smirked a nasty grin. After, he walked away and sat next to his friend. Raya and I were confused why didnt he hurt us or even insult us?
Then I heard yelling and screaming so I looked up. The boy was raging at his friend. I got shook up because when he is mad at one person he takes it out on us. He looked like he was about to get up, but then a girl named Ashley wispered in our ears. She said "Listen to me closely." "I have something to tell you." "Leave your backpacks on the seat, when your done, crawl under all the seats until you see the emergency door and swing it open." "Jump and I will throw your backpacks out the window and you can run home as fast as you can." I was wondering if it was the right thing to do. But we agreed.
