DD's Point Of View
I was just hanging out in front of the deli again when I saw Ezra again, she was with her sister again I'm pretty sure she won the fight and got suspended though. I was talking to Notti and Ddot when I saw someone grab Ezra's arm, "The fuck this nigga tripping.." I whispered, Notti and Ddot looked over to see Ezra on the floor following her sister get hit in the face by the random ass guy.

I ran over while Ddot and Notti following me, I shot the nigga and ran to Ezra, "Ddot get the other girl." I said as Ddot nodded running to her, "Yo D she ain't awake!" Ddot yelled. "Shit,shit,shit! Ma, ma, where you live at?" She mumbled out her address and I picked her up and we started walking towards her place. We got to the place and the door was locked, bruh. "Yo she got a lanyard with the keys I think." Notti said while grabbing the lanyard, he kept putting in the keys one after another till he found the correct one.

We ran inside, and Ddot placed her sister on one couch while I placed Ezra on another. "Ezra I ain't playing wake up." I said, I checked her pulse, it was still there but she ain't waking up. Ddot yelled "Yo she awake!" Me and Notti both looked over at her and she immediately ran to Ezra, "Ezra wake up!" She yelled having tears in her eyes. Ezra's eyes fluttered open but looked confused as hell, "The fuck?" She whispered.

Her sister hugged her and Ezra got off the couch and hugged her, "The fuck happened?" Ezra asked. I looked at Ddot saying "Uh someone kinda hit you both and y'all got knocked out and I kinda shot him." Ezra looks at me confused saying "Deadass?" I nodded and then her sister asked "Who is y'all?" I replied "Oh I'm Dd, that's Notti, and that's Ddot," she nodded then said "I gotta talk to my sister real quick we'll be a minute."

Ezra's Point Of View
"Ezra wake up!" Maia yelled having tears in her eyes. My eyes fluttered open but I bet I looked confused as hell, "The fuck?" I whispered.

I asked having a pounding headache.

Maia asked me "Do you remember anything?" I nodded and said "I remember we was on our way to the deli when someone asked me sum and I do remember putting you behind me. He tried grabbing you, you hit him he hit you it's all a fucking blur." She was about to say something when Notti knocked on the door frame, "Yo Ezra Dd wanna talk to you."

I looked at Maia and she shrugged, "Aight then" I said walking past Notti, I got to the living room where Dd was at sitting on the couch. "Wassup Dd?" I asked, he signaled with his fingers to go over there, I went to the couch he was at and sat next to him. He grabbed my arm gently pulling me on his lap, "You want me to help you with your bruises and scratches and shi?" He asked. I was about to say yes until I realized, the scars from the belt are still on my body. I hesitated and said "N-no." He looked at me with a skeptical look "You sure ma?"

I got butterflies but my headache took over the feeling, I thought about it know I can keep my hoodie on. "Actually yeah you can help." He smiled when Ddot came in "Ew y'all needa get a fucking room." Then Dd said "Shut up." Ddot laughed when I asked Dd "Wanna go to my room?" He nodded while I got off his lap and started walking towards my room, on the way there I gave my sister the look. (A/N: if ykyk 😱😱)

We got to my room and I closed and locked the door, I went into my bathroom and grabbed the first aid kit from underneath the sink. When I got back up I turned around to see Dd a few inches away from my face, he looked me up and down while softly grabbing the first aid kit then my hand. "Cmon mamas." He softly whispered, I blushed at this while he sat on the bed while I sat on his lap. He started to clean the scratches and then said while leading down to my neck, "Ma, you needa take yo hoodie off. They lead down ya neck." I panicked but maybe he wouldn't notice? I took off my hoodie off slowly when he furrowed his eyebrows.

"What?" I asked knowing damn well what he saw, he asked pissed ass fuck "How the fuck did you get those fucking bruises Ezra?" I hesitated and tried lying and said "I-I I played baseball at my old school so you know the baseballs hit me and-" I didn't finish when Dd cut me off "Nah stop lying how the fuck did you get those fucking bruises?" I knew I wasn't able to lie so I told him.

"I got them from my dad.." I chocked out, nose burning, tears welling up my eyes. Dd put the cleaning stuff down and hugged me "Aye is ok you can talk to me ma you know this." He said, I hugged him back when he asked "Do you want to talk about it?" I wanted to but I didn't want to at the same time, "Aye if you don't wanna talk it's ok.. I ain't forcing you to talk just wanna let you know that I'm here, I always be." I smiled and nodded because I knew if I started talking you'd cry.

He continued to clean up the scratches when someone knocked on the door "Yo nigga we gotta go." I heard Ddot say, "Aight hol on." He looked at me saying "If you need anything call me aight?" I nodded and got off his lap, I unlocked the door and let the 3 out.
