Me and mom was walking towards Ezra's room and when we got there mom started crying, there was bandages on her wrist.

I wish I was there to stop her.. she was still unconscious so I sat next to her while mom sat on the opposite side. About 2 hours later she woke up!

"M-Maia? Mom?" She barely got out, "Baby!" Mom said crying and hugging her. I immediately got up and ran to the waiting room to let the others know that she was awake. I almost fell from the lack of wet floor signs, "Guys she's awake!" I yelled, they all looked up and starting running towards me. I lead them to the room and they all gathered around Ezra.

Ezra's Point Of View
I randomly woke up again after the one time I woke up and the doctors were talking to each other, Mom and Maia were sitting beside me again. "Hey guys.." I whispered since it still took a lot of effort to talk, Maia looked over in pure joy, "Hey baby." Mom said. I noticed that D wasn't here.

"Where's D?" I asked, but before mom or Maia could answer the doctor said "Sorry to interrupt but Ezra may go home." Maia looked back at mom then me, "Why you smiling like that?" Mom asked, "I knew," Maia said. "What you mean you knew?" Mom asked.

"The doctors told me earlier but they wanted it to be a surprise so." Maia said, mom nodded while the doctors started unplugging machines and then giving me clothes that mom brought.

I changed and the doctors sat me on the bed, "Ok so for the cuts here is alcohol,bandages, and here's a hair tie as a distraction so you don't self harm." I nod and we leave the hospital.

I took some photos while I was in the hospital to look back at this and think how stupid I was, on our way home I saw Monika by the deli.. her face was busted up and she looked worse than before.
