5 hours later when we landed, we got through security and we got to the baggage area so we can meet up with mom again.

After a couple of minutes, we saw her. Me and Maia were so excited that we ran to her causing her to almost fall, we all started crying out of happiness because we were over 2,000 miles away away from our dad.

"My babies.." Mom chocked out, after 4 minutes of hugs and crying we left the airport, now into our moms car on our way to my moms house.

When we got home our mom said "Aight now that y'all home lemme show y'all y'all's rooms." She took us upstairs and showed us our rooms.

We was about to start unpacking when mom came into my room, "Aight work called me in early so imma be back in the morning around 9 ok?" I nodded and hugged her saying "Love you ma." She smiled and said "Love you too Ezra"

She left and then I went downstairs for a snack when I saw a note on the counter, "If y'all went to go to the deli or idk what y'all call it it's around the corner so here's sum money love you guys :)" it read. I then saw 45 dollars on the counter, "Maia!" I called out. "What?" She called back, I then called back to her (A/n: bro just go downstairs 🙄💀) "Get your ass down here!" 10 seconds later she came down, "What?" She asked. I gave her the note asking "Wanna go?" She nods and we get our phones, the money, and our pepper sprays and lastly the keys our mom gave us.

We were talking about starting high school at another school when we got to the deli. When we got there, there was a group of boys of 3 in front of it. We sped walked into the deli because we didn't want to hear anything from anyone, we just wanted our snacks and we would leave.

We went in and then Maia went a different direction while I went to go find my F/S (Favorite Snack) I checked in the ___ aisle (Ex: If ur fav snack is chips u checked the chip aisle 💀💀) 5 seconds later Maia showed up, "Found em yet?" I glanced at her saying "Chill nigga we jus got here." She rolled her eyes and mumbled "Bruh." I scoffed and said "Bitch you wanna pay for you own damn snacks?" She stayed quiet so I said "Uh huh that's what I thought."
