Lunch time finally came around, and I stood up from my seat in Literature. Almost the entire school, minus the teachers and principal, have walked up to me, asking for a photo, an autograph, or both.
"Hey Y/N, I can show you where the cafeteria is," Adrien motioned over to me from his seat in the front. Nino waved to me as well.
"That would help, thanks," I said, walking down the steps of the classroom to meet up with them. The three of us started walking to the lunchroom, talking about our earlier classes and the homework we have to do.
"So, what's it like being famous?" Nino questioned as soon as we sat down at a table, food in trays in our hands.
"More like what's it like having two famous friends?" I laughed, motioning to Adrien.
"Oh, that's right!" Nino remembered, happily eating his food.
"Hey, Nino!" A girl with brown to red ombre hair and glasses waved over from the lunch line. Nino waved back as she stepped closer. "I can't believe we have two famous people at this school, minus Chloe."
Another girl stood shyly behind her, the same pigtailed teen I saw running to school.
"I'm Alya, and this is my friend Marinette," Alya pushed her friend to stand up straight and waved to me. However, she broke down when making eye contact with someone else.
"Hey!" I introduced myself as well.
"Okay, so since you're new here in Paris, I believe it's our duty to catch you up on everything that's happening," Alya hooked my arm to hers, standing me up.
"U-Um," I grabbed my lunch tray and started being dragged away. "I'll talk to you guys later?"
"Don't worry! You're in good hands," Adrien and Nino laughed.
Alya sat me at another table, a few tables away from where I was last sitting.
"I thought it would be better away from the boys," Alya told me.
Marinette sat next to Alya. "So, to get started I have to tell you about the superheroes!"
"Superheroes? Like, in a famous comic book here?" I joked.
"Wait, you don't have superheroes in America?!" Alya raised her voice, flabbergasted.
"No no no, I was just joking," I laughed. "We have tons of heroes there as well."
"Oh, sorry," she excused herself, a little embarrassed. "I thought everything I read about Majestia was all a lie."
"Nah, in New York you get all the action. My friend was once saved by Majestia. The idiot thought skydiving from a plane without a parachute was a grand idea," I referred to Ein and his crazy stunts. "I'm surprised she took time to rescue the moron."
"Woah! That's awesome!" Alya fangirled, pulling out her phone. "Well, the heroes we have may be a little more complicated."
"How come?" I asked, eating my food.
"Alya, I thought you stopped the Ladyblog," Marinette spoke up.
"I know, and I'm sorry, girl! There's just so much about these heroes that I can't get it out of my head," Alya apologized. "So, our heroes are based on animals. The main two, though, are Ladybug and Chat Noir!"
Alya shoved her phone screen in my face, and a banner at the top said Ladyblog. The photo itself was of a girl in a tight-skin red suit with black polka-dots covering her entire body except for her face. She wore the same printed mask around her eyes, and she had midnight blue pigtails.
