You that feeling when you just know something is wrong? Should I say wrong? Maybe different or off? Anyway, that's me. Something is off about my self. No it isn't me slipping back into self harm or anything close to that. Not even remotely close.
"Viki? Are you okay? You've been in your bathroom all morning and we're supposed to be seeing my family today."
It was Conrad, and Vinny and Jodie I just knew. I grabbed a pregency test when i went grocrey shopping the other day. I only just know took it. I'm scared.
"Viki?"
"Yeah, yeah! One moment!"
I threw out the pregenecy test and took my meds for the first time in 5 months. I wiped my face and walked out.
"Sorry for making you guys wait. Let's go now."
We were going in the same car. I'm not exactly sure why Vinny wanted to tag along but I wasn't complaning. we were walking up to the front door when he grabbed my arm.
"We'll be in, in a minute. I need to ask her something. Babe introduce yourself and me please."
The other two walked in without questioning it.
"Are you okay? You seem...Off."
"If you're asking if I've relapsed, I have...Conrad has been trying his best to help me."
"That's not what I mean. I mean when you left for a month and no one knew where you were. You're that type of off."
Vinny was really concerned about me, he alwasy has been and he shows it.
"Yeah, yeah...I'm fine. We'll talk more later this week. It's christmas Vin."
"I know. I love you."
"I love you too."
Christmas went really well with Conrad's family. Ember loved Vinny and Jodie. The next day was worst though. I woke up sick. Vin was the first one to find me throwing up in my bathroom.
"Hey, hey. It's okay. It's alright. I'm here. I'm not leaving you."
He helped me clean myself up.
"Do you still want to go?"
"Yes. I didn't see them for thanksgiving or any holiday. I need to see them for this one."
"Victoria you were just-"
"I'm fine. No one knows. It's just us two, and we woke up early to hang out with each other alone."
"Yeah. We just wanted to hang out like we used to."
"Exactly."
When I was at my brothers I could tell a few of them took note of me being off. Javan, Zane, and Kai. Conrad took note as well. But for the most part everyone was side tracked with Erin. She happened to want me though.
"Aunt Viki?"
"What's up cuite?"
"Can I have a cousin?"
