-"I'm not completely sure what I wish to gain from my relationship with him, but it's not his gold . . . I just want-" But Taro cut himself off mid sentence, unsure if he should tell the King what he wanted from Callum.-

After chatting some more with his newfound friend about various topics, night began to fall over Estivia. Taro wished the smaller elven healer a good night sleep and left to royal library, wanting to return to Callum. However, he wasn't to be found. Not in some of the many hallways the castle possess, not near the gates nor in the dining room.
☆
Luckily, sitting at the dining table was Estivia's King. Taro slowly and carefully made his way over to the dragon shifter who was drinking from a rather big mug.
☆
As there was only a four meter distance between the two, the King's head jerked up, his icy blue eyes staring right into Taro's. "Are you looking for something, bard?" The King's voice boomed through the room, hitting the turquoise walls and bounces right back to Taro's ears.
☆
"Y-Your majesty-" "Clavos" The dragon shifter said. Taro didn't know what to make of it. The dragon shifter, King of Estivia, couldn't possibly want a mere bard his son had brought home to call him by his first name, right? But Taro didn't want to find out what Clavos could do if he didn't obey his order.
☆
"Clavos," Taro corrected himself. "I'm looking for Callum. I can not seem to find him." "Have you looked for my son in his private chambers?" " . . . N-No . . I do not know where those are so-" Taro broke off his words as the King stood up from his chair. He was tall. Probably standing at over two meters, towering over the brown haired bard.
☆
"I will lead you to my son's private chambers. So follow me." Taro nodded and quickly followed behind Clavos. He tried his beat to keep up, but to no avail. His legs were simply much shorter than the dragon shifter's and thus so were his steps, making him fall behind. But Clavos didn't pay it any mind, he simply kept walking towards his son's private chambers with the bard trying to follow behind him.
☆
After a long moment of silence, Clavos' deep, booming voice echoed through the halls of the castle once again. "What is it that you seek in your relationship with my son? Is it love and respect, or are you just after his fortune aswell?" The question threw Taro off guard. He thought he made it pretty clear that he was not after Callum's gold, but alas, he answered the question.
☆
"I'm not completely sure what I wish to gain from my relationship with him, but it's not his gold . . . I just want-" But Taro cut himself off mid sentence, unsure if he should tell the King what he wanted from Callum. "Go on." Clavos spoke in a rather angered tone. "Tell me what you wish to gain from this." " . . . Your son's appreciation, his attention . . . And his care"
☆
Clavos glanced down at the bard for a few seconds. He let a soft, but stern "Hm . . " escape his throat. "It seems you have fine motives, bard. I will approve of your stay and fraternizing with my son, for a while. If, however, you should make a wrong move, you will be taken care off appropriately. Understood?" Taro gulped down his saliva. "Yes, sir!" "Good."
☆
Clavos came to a halt in front of a beautiful, shimmering blue door that had floral and heart shaped patterns engraved on it. The tall dragon shifter knocked twice onto this door and not long after the door sprung open and a head with silky turquoise hair poked through the gap.
☆
"Father? Why are you-" But once Callum's crystal clear blue eyes landed on Taro's face a wide, soft grin played on his lips. He quickly grabbed the bard's rough hands with both of his and pulled him into his private chambers. "Thank you, father~!" He cooed happily.
☆
Taro stumbled into the dimly, by candles, lit room. He looked around, confused as to why Callum pulled him in like this. But before he could voice his concerns and questions to the beautiful Prince, said Prince got ahead of him.
☆
"So, dearest Taro, what do you wish to do now that it's only the two of us? Anything you would want to indulge in with me~?" He cooed with his soft voice. A shiver ran down Taro's spine and he felt sweat forming all over his body. He did not expect the Prince of Estivia to be so . . . Good with words. As Taro fumbled with his words his eyes fell onto Callum's garments. A thin, light blue silk robe with constellations related to Estivia embroidered onto it. The cut of the robe perfectly showed off the dargon-elf's pale, smooth cleavage.
☆
"I-I uhm . . . Uuuh . . . . H-How about s-some cuddling?" Taro suggested. He was happy and relieved when he saw Callum's eyes light up at the suggestion. "What a wonderful idea, dearest Taro! Yes, we shall cuddle! Come, we shan't waste any more time!" Callum took off his robe, seemingly in a hurry. Underneath he wore simply undergarments for the male lower body. Taro followed suit and took off his everyday clothes, leaving him in his undergarments.
☆
The Prince gently took the bard's hands and led him to the King sized bed with sparkling blue curtains around it. He swiftly moved the curtains away and lay down on the bed, Taro following his example and laying down next to him.
☆
The bard shuddered slightly as he felt the soft, warm hands of Callum wrap around his back, pulling him closer. With shivering hands, he embraced the Prince and held him tight to his colder body. 'So warm . . . I adore this warmth . . '
☆
A soft sound of contentment escaped the bard's throat as he felt the Prince bury his head in his chest. Taro hadn't felt this content with anyone else since he was a youngling. It was a warm, soft feeling he didn't want to let ho of ever again. Now he was sure what he wished to gain from Callum. He wanted his undying love.
