A call from my parents : )

My parents have been gone for 1 and a 1/2 now I really miss them I've been stuck with my sister what seems like forever. My parents are in the military they are both in the same I guess you can call it squad, there both in the army. they have been over in Iraq this entire time, I miss them both so much. my parents haven't met James yet the don't even know I have a boy friend. I haven't heard from them sense they've left witch was when I was 14 and now I'm 15 and still, Nothing. they took my dads car to go to their place where they took off to go to Iraq, so my moms car is left behind and that's what I drive, even though I'm not 16 or have a permit or what ever. All that matters is that I'm safe.

I got a call from James saying that he will be here to pick me up in about 25 minutes. I was getting ready when I got a call. I answered it "hello?" I said in to the phone "Ashlin?" One person said "is that you?" An other one said "yeah who is this?" I asked nervous "I'll give you one hint we are the ones that have you life so you better know who we are." the woman said "MOM DAD!!" I started to tear up "yeah honey it's us an we miss you so much." my mom said "how old are you now 7?" My dads asked to be funny and he laughed and I did to. tears started to fall down my cheeks. my mom could tell I was crying "so how are you holding up?" My mom asked "great um dad you are so going to kill me and mom you are to but I've been driving moms car sense I turned 15." I said "have you gotten hurt or pulled over?" My dad asked "no sir." I replied "then your fine." he said "thanks dad and mom." "your welcome." "also just putting this out there, I have a boyfriend named James.". "Me and That boy are going to have words," my dad said "aww good for you honey I'm so proud that you found someone to love you like we do." my on said "yeah he's pretty amazing." I said. my mom asked me about James and my dad asked me about school until that had to go back out there and be heroes for our country. "we love you so much dear." they both said "love you to." I said "see you soon." that both said and with that they hung up and left.

I got a text from James
-I'm here
I ran out the front door before my sister could catch me "ready?" "Ready." I said and we left to the movies. we got there and the movie started "thank you ." I told James "your welcome." I snuggled closer to him and we watched the movie till the end.
