Being a half-blood came with uncountable dangers and threats. Imagine this - you were living your best life, enjoying being a little prick, unaware of the threat lurking just around the corner. Before you knew it, you were surrounded by ravenous monsters who couldn't wait to sink their yellow, bloodied fangs into your flesh. Quite revolting, no? The idea of getting killed in the most gruesome, gut-churning way would make anyone piss their pants.
Yeah, no.
Marcel Sadowski was known for being a boastful and overconfident little shit. He always sought glory and renown, bathed in praises and laurels. He lived for the thrill of competition.
Taking all of this into account, Marcel Sadowski couldn't count the days until he met head-on with the most horrifying, spine-chilling monster out there and beat the living fucks out of it.
But the real reason why others were wary of him and had kept an eye on him was because of his intimidating ability - it was like he knew everything about everyone - from strengths to weaknesses, what they would do, when, and where (quite handy when gambling! which he never lost at, like ever, that fucker). Because of that, most demigods and satyrs thought he was a child of Athena. Yet again, if you considered all of the options (like a certain daughter of Wisdom), you'd have to take into consideration the god of war, Ares. He was most likely to be his father - the thirst for battle, how belligerent he could get, the chances were big that the god of sheer brutality and bloodlust was his old man. Hell, even his name means young warrior and belonging to Mars, the Roman version of Ares.
But the real question is - if Marcel Sadowski was such a great hero, why was he still undetermined?
There were many options. Maybe his godly parent was a gentle soul (as if any god could be by any means gentle, what a joke) and was simply ashamed of having such a prodigal son. Or maybe they thought he wasn't worthy of being called their offspring. Different people, Different opinions.
But Marcel Sadowski decided he wouldn't take that to heart. He wasn't some miserable punk that needed his absent parent's validation (that was something he liked to tell himself). He'll train until he becomes the greatest demigod of the century or the millennia. Nothing could stop him.
Not even Zeus throwing a tantrum over his shit that nobody could care about.
