Tia's POV
"Who wants coffee?" I asked in somewhat of a sing-song voice.
"I know I do." Jessica replied.
I was currently in the kitchen whipping up some breakfast along with Ms. Justine and Jessica. I've been up pretty much the whole night. Ever since I moved in with Daniel it feels weird not falling asleep in his arms, being wrapped in his embrace.
As a result of all of that I got up extra early this morning only to find that Ms. Justine was also up. Jessica came here a little later to introduce her boyfriend Nick to everybody. Nick, Mr. Simmons and Russy were out back playing basketball.
"Sooo. Nick seems like a really nice guy." Said Ms. Justine asked as she took a sip of her coffee.
"He really is. Even though its like we're still getting to know each other. We're still finding things out about each other each day but I guess that's what I like about this relationship," Jessie informed us, "He's just so spontaneous."
"How so?" Ms. Justine enquired.
"Everything, from our conversations to our dates. Everything is so random yet interesting, " she replied, " oh and we're considering moving in together." She whispered the last part.
"Aww that's nice. You guys seem so nice together. He seems like a really good guy. You guys make a great couple." Ms. Justine said.
"Speaking of great couples?" Jessica smirked in my direction. "Tia and Daniel over here are the epitome of what a great couple is." I smiled briefly at Jessica's words.
"Yes they are. They remind me of Joe and I back in the day. We couldn't go a day without each other." Ms. Justine began while Jessie and I laughed.
"What you guys don't believe me? When we were your age we were inseparable. We were head over heels in love and everything. For our first date he took me to a drive-in parking lot movie one night. It was super sweet being all cuddled up in the back of his truck, under the stars."
"Awww that's so sweet," Jess and I cooed simultaneously, " I see where Daniel gets his charm from."
" Yeah from me of course and his devilishly good looks too." Mr. Simmons said walking into the kitchen.
"Oh don't flatter yourself Joseph he obviously got his good looks from my side of the family." Ms. Justine said placing a kiss oh his cheek.
"Good morning ladies." He greeted.
"Good Morning Mr. Simmons."
"How's everybody doing?" He asked as he picked up a grind of turkey bacon and stuffed it into his mouth.
"Joe can't you wait until everything's finished." Ms. Justine playfully pushed him away.
"I'm sorry babe, here." He pulled her in for a quick peck on the lips.
"Not in front of the guests,' Ms. Justine gushed her cheeks turning red," Now go entertain the boys." She demanded.
"Alright, Alright I'm going and not because you said so but because I have to school these young bloods in some basketball."
"Yeah you do that," she giggled, " try not to hurt yourself or lose too bad."
"Oh come on Jussie have some faith in your husband." He pecked he cheek a final time before exiting the kitchen to go play basketball with the boys out back.
"Aww you guys are so cute Ms. Justine," Jessie commented, "Relationship goals." She finished saying in a sing song voice. I smiled and nodded in commendation.
