It had been a week or so since the time you had filmed the lunch table scene with the Heathers and Veronica.

The producers were perfecting the set for the next scene the four of you had to film, so you guys were left with some free time for a few more minutes until you had to get back on set.

And you decided to get a small gift for Winona.

You've only known her for a few weeks but... you're so enamored with her that you can't help but wanting to express your feelings without confessing just yet.

So, you bought her a beautiful white pearl necklace from a jewlery store nearby, and you put it in a small box before heading to her dressing room.

You gently knock on the door, "Winona? Can I come in?".

"Oh, of course! Come in, Y/N!" replies her soft voice.

You push the door open to see her behind it, dressed in her Veronica Sawyer outfit, beautiful as ever.

You almost freeze up upon seeing her again.

You try not to blush as you say, "Uhm, I just got a little gift for you... to say that I really like you this far.".

She smiles, "Oh, Y/n! You didn't have to get me anything!".

You can't help but smile back as you hand her the box.

She lifts the lid before placing a hand on her mouth and gasping once she sees the pearl necklace.

She can tell the pearls are real by the way they shine.

"No! You didn't!" she says, astonished.

"Y/N... it's so beautiful! Is this really for me?" she asks, slightly shocked at the expensive gift.

You nod, "Of course it is!".

She carefully lifts them up and out of the box, marveling at them for a moment before asking, "Can you help me put it on?".

"No problem." you reply as she turns around.

You reach around the sides of her neck to connect the back of the necklace together.

She turns back around to face you.

"Woah..." you murmur.

The pearls do nothing but absolutely compliment her pre-existing, pure beauty.

She beams at you, "Oh gosh, Y/N I can't thank you enough! They're perfect!".

You smile, "Of course!".

Then, the director barges into the dressing room, "Ahem, ladies. It's time to get back on set.".

You and Winona share a smiling look before the two of you head out onto the new set.

It's another piece of Veronica's backyard, another croquet course.

You four take your places, all holding mallets.

Just as the cameras are about to start rolling, the director says, pointing to her neck, "Winona! What are those?".

She looks down, twirling the necklace between her slender fingers, "Oh! These were a gift, Sir. If it's alright with you I'd like to keep them on.".

The director sighs, "Fine. Just don't make it noticeable.".

She nods.

You smile at her, and she smiles back.

You feel your stomach flutter as she makes eye contact with you.

No doubt about it anymore.

You have a crush.

You have a crush on the Winona Ryder.
