*Mikey*
I sat in the waiting room looking at the form reading through it before sighing. I looked at my beautiful daughter Aubrey as she was dancing around.
The doctor came out "we're ready for you Mr.Fusco" he tells me. I nod walking over to Aubrey slowly.
"Be good for mommy okay" I tell my six year old. She looks "where are you going daddy?" She asks me looking up with her big brown eyes.
"Daddy has to go away for a while be good okay" I tell her Aubrey nods smiling. I stand up following the doctor as I took my shirt off laying on the table next to my beautiful wife.
I held her hand for the last time and they put me to sleep. I could see her beautiful as always.
"Mikey What's going on?" She asks looking at me
"Your gonna live baby girl your gonna live" I tell her hugging her
She looks "w-what do you mean Mikey you di-" I cut her off with a kiss.
The last one we will ever share god I'm gonna miss it. I hugged her tightly not letting go as I see there almost done.
"You gotta go there almost done" I tell her as she cries in to me.
She nods "I love you Mikey and I'll miss you" she whispers as she leaves and they finish.
I bit my lip "I'll always love you Kelsey always..." I whisper as I disappeared
That was my last breath as the operation was complete she needed a new heart and I gave her mine. She'll always have a part of me and I can protect her and the kids now from up here.
*3 years Later*
I watched as my nine year old daughter runs around with her three year old brother at the park. Kelsey watches them smiling putting her Hand over her heart.(technically mine)
"I miss you Mikey I wish you could be here with me to see this" Kelsey says quietly as I sat next to her but she doesn't know.
"I'm always here beautiful and I'm seeing it as we speak." I say to myself as I watched the kids play as Kelsey and I sat in silence.
