A holiday! [Sonadow] (discontinued)

Chapter 3

9 a.m., Shadow woke up. He walked up to the windows and slid the dark lavender coloured curtains to the side, causing the warm sunlight to pour through the blue tinted windows.

"Ugh," Sonic groaned and rolled over to the other side of the bed and turned his back from the sun.

Shadow slid the glass doors to the side and walked out to the balcony. He slid the door shut and leaned against the railing and sighed. He stared down below the balcony and saw that many others were at the garden, either taking a walk or having breakfast together. He didn't want to assume that anyone of the same room were all down there and having a date, because if he and Sonic went down there, it'd be weird in his perspective. But he knew that didn't really matter to Sonic.

"Shadoowwh~" Sonic groaned from the room, "Can you please slide the curtains to cover the window-?"

Sonic dragged the blanket to above his head and growled lowly when the warmth from the sun slightly touched his quills.

"No," Shadow slid the glass door open and walked into the room, "Get up, we're going down to have breakfast," He added and slid the door close, then went over to pry the blanket off Sonic.

Sonic growled, "Mmh.." He groaned and sat up while rubbing his eyes, "Hnn.."

Sonic put his hand against the wall and shuffled to the door. He leaned on the wall and blinked a few times. Shadow tidied the blankets before grabbing Sonic's small waist case and threw it over to him.

"1w2," Rouge commented when Knuckles told her to get off his shoulder, "Just let me sit here until we go down, and I'll reward you," She whispered.

Knuckles' sighed and reluctantly walked towards the lift with Rouge on his shoulder. Sonic giggled at the sight and looked over to Shadow, who heard what Rouge had said.

"No," Shadow glared at Sonic and growled, "No."

Sonic grinned at him and blinked a few times at him. He licked his lips while looking at him, "C'mon, Shads," He whispered.

"Goddamnit."

Shadow had held Sonic on his shoulders, while Sonic was only cackling at how Shadow blushed and tried to shake Sonic off.

"Don't even try, Shads. I know you enjoy this," Sonic leaned down and whispered into Shadow's ear softly, adding a tiny pinch of a seductive tone, "Hmm?"

Shadow felt himself heat up upon hearing the quiet hum against his ear, "Wh-What the fuck, Sonic!" He stammered and blushed deeply, burying his face into his hands as soon as he approached the lift that Rouge and Knuckles was just about to enter.

"Hey, hey, hey, Rouge!" Sonic smiled upon seeing the white bat who was grinning.

"I see you've done something," Rouge grinned at him and nodded at Shadow's blue tinted face, "To him."

Sonic smiled when he used one of his hand to cup Shadow's cheek and rubbed it with his thumb, "I did."

"Fuck.." Shadow cursed under his breath when he remembered what Rouge had said to Knuckles when she sat on his shoulder, "I can't do this, Sonic."

"Oh, but yes you can, Shads," Sonic slid in front of Shadow and hooked his arms over his neck, and let Shadow grab ahold of him, "I know you want it from me," he whispered way too quietly at Shadow and grinned at him befote sliding himself back onto Shadow's shoulder.

Sonic smirked at Shadow and watched as Shadow's blush deepened and spreaded to his shoulders and ears. Shadow's body heat up upon hearing those words and wanted to pry Sonic off him.
