My fingers danced swiftly across my keyboard as I typed away, preparing to do my job. At the moment, I was going through the counsellors notes on the class 1-A students and making my own files for each of them, deciding who I need to see most urgently. A few of them stood out to me and I made sure to jot their names down on a notepad so I could ask Aizawa about them later.
My heart almost jumped out of my chest when someone suddenly knocked on the door to my office. I barely managed to suppress a yelp of surprise as my concentration was shattered.
I collected myself before responding, clearing my throat with a cough. "Come on in."
The door opened and Aizawa stepped in, walking over to my desk.
"Is it lunch time already?" I asked, pushing my rolling office chair away from my computer.
"Yeah," Aizawa replied, his tone flat. "Didn't you hear the bell?"
"No," I answered sheepishly. "I didn't notice it at all."
Aizawa chuckled, shaking his head. "It's your first day and you're already giving yourself work."
"I just want to be prepared," I argued, standing up and stretching my arms above my head. "I don't want to go in completely blind, and I'm glad I looked into the students beforehand. Now I know that there are going to be a few difficult ones."
Aizawa sighed. "I have a feeling I know which students you're referring to."
"Speaking of which, I have some questions to ask you about a few students," I said, grabbing my notepad off my desk. "Do you have some time during lunch?"
"Sure," He shrugged, then adding. "But before that I wanted to introduce you to some of the other staff members. They could probably tell you about the students as well."
"Great," I chirped, walking towards the door. "Then let's go, ever since you mentioned lunch my stomach has been rumbling nonstop."

I pushed aside a tomato in my salad with my fork, my free hand toying with the edge of my notepad as I awkwardly looked at the other three people at the table. Aizawa had introduced me to his colleagues, however, he didn't give them anything besides my name and position, so they looked quite curious.
"So, Takahashi," The tall blonde man named Yamada began. I remembered that his hero name was Present Mic.
"Please, just call me Hisa." I insisted.
"Hisa," He continued. "So you're the new counsellor?"
"Psychologist," I corrected him gently. "But yes, I'm basically a counsellor."
The staff room went quiet, an awkward silence filling the room. I looked at Aizawa, who was sitting next to me to save us from the uncomfortable silence. Aizawa sighed, pulling some sort of drink pouch out of his pocket.
"He's always like this," The woman sitting across from me sighed. Her name was Kayama, hero name Midnight. "Anyway, Shota was telling us before that you wanted to ask about some students. Feel free to ask us anything."
"Alright," I replied, picking up my notepad and flipping to the first blank page. "I'll start with the most concerning matter then."
Aizawa suddenly spoke up, groaning. "Is it about Izuku Midoriya?"
"Ah, yes," I nodded, unsurprised that he already knew. "His records don't show anything concerning school wise. He gets good grades, doesn't get into fights, and seems like a good kid who comes from a good family. But he has a lot written in his medical history starting on the first day of school. I can't access anything outside of the school's medical records, but the amount of injuries is concerning."
