Marcy at the gates (final part)

Location: The Queen's cave

POV: Y/n's

Sprig was just eaten by the queen and everyone was panicking.

Marcy: "He's still alive! These bug take a while to digest their food. Look!"

Marcy pointed to the Queen and we saw sprig still squirming inside the queens stomach.

Marcy: "I can still save him."

Anne: "No! I'll do it. You just stay here."

Marcy: "Anne, only I've studied barbari-any biology. It has to be me."

Anne: "No, it doesn't! I can handle it."

Marcy: "Why won't you just let me go?"

Anne: "Because I just got you back, okay? And I-I don't wanna lose you again."

Marcy: "You won't. I promise."

Anne: "Okay, go. You got this."

Marcy: "See you on the other side."

Marcy started to hop on top of the ants and makes her way to the Queen. On the final ant she jumps on it and it bounces her high.

Hop Pop: "Who knew these ants were so bouncy."

Marcy: (while in the air) "I did because I studied them."

The Queen swallows Marcy.

Hop Pop: "I can't watch."

Polly: "Dibs on the crossbow."

Y/n: "What no. That crossbows mine!"

Anne: "Come on. Come on."

The Queen starts to make a face of discomfort and soon vomits up Sprig and Marcy. Marcy is caring Sprig and riding a bone like skateboard when you notice a slight tinge of green in he eyes.

Sprig: "Trustworthy."

Marcy jumps of the bone mid air and shoots a arrow into a stalactite and swings forward.

Sprig: "Woo-hoo!"

Hop Pop: "Oh rad!"

Polly: "That was so cool!

Anne: "She did it!"

Y/n: "Knew she could do it!"

The Queen then cuts the rope.

Y/n: "Crap."

Polly and Hop Pop: "Oh, no!"

Hop Pop: "I gotcha! I gotcha!"

Polly: "No get a way."

Anne, You, and Hop Pop catch Marcy and sprig. The ants start surround all of you.

Y/n: "C'mon bring it on ants!"

You pull out your short sword and dagger.

Polly: "Uh, not looking forward to being torn apart right now!"

Anne: "Marcy, any ideas?"

Marcy pulls out her phone and a timer can be seen on her phone with three seconds left.

Marcy: "Three, two, one"

The alarm goes off and the stink-shrooms start to go off. All the ants tunnel away.

Sprig: "Huh. You know, it actually smells kind of nice."

Marcy: "Yeah, I mean it will liquefy your lungs if you breath to much of it, so..."
