The first temple (part 2)

Location: The first temple
POV: Y/n

Y/n: "That's the temple."

You point to the first temple.

The Plantars: (gasp)

You, Marcy and the Plantars walk up the temple steps and reach the entrance.

Marcy: "All right, guys. Let's do this thing! (echo)"

Anne and Hop Pop both reach for the door but their hands hit each others.

Anne: "Oop. Sorry about that. After you, dude."

Anne bows.

Hop Pop: "Oh, no, no, no. After you, my dear."

Anne: "Oh, don't be silly. I insist."

Marcy: "Those two seem to be a bit off."

Y/n: "Yeah."

Marcy: "Did something happen?"

Polly and Sprig: "Don't ask."

You walk forward and push through Hop Pop and Anne.

Y/n: "Excuse me."

You open the door you all enter. Everybody was oohing and wowing. Polly stepped on a pressure plate.

Polly: "Uh-oh."

This caused the fungi lamps on the wall to start glowing. You reached the end of the hall which had a giant door which had ancient runes on it.

Marcy: "Did me and Y/n learn an entire dead language just for today? You better believe we did. Now let's see."

You and Marcy walk up to the door.

Y/n: "Keeper of the box."

Marcy: "One string of mind."

Y/n: "Three trials await."

Marcy : "That will return the stones shine. Heh, looks like there's three trials, guys."

The door opens and reveal the first puzzle room.

Marcy: "And here we go."

Sprig: "A dead end. Welp we tried are best and that's what counts."

Marcy: "Hey, cmon . There's a puzzle here somewhere. Everyone, look for clues."

Everyone starts looking all over the walls, when Anne finds a box much like a rubix cube.

Anne: "Hey, guess who found the puzzle. Woah, woah!"

Suddenly Anne is surrounded by a green bubble and starts floating upward.

Hop Pop: "Frog, help us. A cursed cube possessed by magic!"

Marcy: "No it's the puzzle. Also I'm pretty sure that's a magnetic field holding her up."
