I have been writing and sharing, then rewriting and sharing this story on and off for so many years now, I've lost track. Hopefully this is the version that sticks and gets completed :P
Finally in a place where I can start sharing this story again! As it's been heavily edited in some places, I figured I would just start posting a whole new thing for it. Hopefully some old faces have stuck around long enough to check this out haha
For those of you who didn't read any of the original drafts, I would describe this story as primarily character-driven. I like to explore individual characters and their relationships, be they romantic, unfriendly, or otherwise. Don't expect an epic adventure or an immediate romance. But DO expect something I've worked very hard on for a number of years now, and I hope you'll come to know my characters as well as I do <3
Some trigger warnings are in effect for future chapters. I am choosing not to tag these explicitly, but be aware that even fantasy deals with mature themes and upsetting topics.
Super open to comments and questions, so don't be shy! I hope old readers and new enjoy :P And don't mind me sharing music every other chapter or so, sometimes it won't have anything to do with the story, it's just 'cause I vibed with it while writing.
