I think im bothering them- they've been on their phone a bit more than usual- im not really ready but if they want to i'll go with them

"hey-baby-?" I spoke with a shaky voice
"oh my love, are you okay?" They spoke softly
"do you still- love me-?" I spoke my eyes filling with tears
"well to be honest i dont." their voice turned cold and they sounded rude. i stoped i couldn't handle it-
i woke up in a shock. all of it. sweating, breathing heavy, im all dizzy. it-it felt so real-
"hey you alright?" Maria asked from across us
"oh-uhm just a nightmare" i laughed nervously
"come here" Maria said patting the bed next to her, i went over and sat down
"what's wrong?" Maria asked
"nothing! i swear i just was a little shooken up by my nightmare" I said my eyes started darting
"i don't believe you" Maria said i looked at her "i can see right through you Finn i can tell something is wrong" She continued
"hm- it was about Neio" I said knowing i couldn't lie anymore. Maria looked at me she wanted me to explain what i meant
"go on" Maria said breaking the silence
"oh-sorry uhm you know how i've been inside trying to calm down a bit after Artie-?" I said, she nodded "well i feel like im being a bother or a burden"
"so that was your nightmare?" Maria asked
"well- no but i thought you need a backstory-" I said
"that's fine just continue please i think i can help" Maria said
"mhm- well i asked if they loved me in my dream and i woke up after he finished saying he doesn't-" I said scared to look at her
"oh Finn that's actually pretty normal- i can't give you anything it happened to blair the first couple of weeks of us dating but we talked it out" Maria said, i looked at her "i know it's scary Blair wasn't exactly calm about it but what's amazing is the power of communication" Maria smiled "try and get some sleep and in the morning try to bring up the topic"
"m-mhm" i mumbled going and laying back down with neio
"good night Maria"
"good night finn, get some rest"

After awhile of sleeping i started feeling kisses being place all over my face
"hm-?" i mumbled barley awake
"oh good morning my love!" Neio said kissing me again
"good morning" i said blushing a bit
"i love you so much baby, i'm sorry if it seemed like i didn't" Neio said quietly
"hm!" i mumbled looking up "how-how did you-"
"Maria told me a bit of what's happening. also my love if you have another nightmare you should wake me up and i'll help you get through it i swear" Neio smiled "if you still wanna talk about it im here to listen"
"oh- okay" I said
"i love you more every day" Neio kissed my head
"i love you too" I smiled
"oh is it okay if i invite Ethan later?" Neio asked
"or-uhm we could go see ethan-" I mumbled
"what?- you sure baby?" Neio said
"mhm" I mumbled they looked happy that's all i wanted, for him to be happy
"aw baby, you aren't ready." Neio said seeing my sour face
"mm-" I said shocked how did they know
"i know you just want me to be happy but your mental health matters baby" Neio kissed my head
"hm- im sorry" I said
"it's okay" neio said smiling "when i became your boyfriend i told you i'd always be by your side or on your side. i love spending time with you." Neio continued
"me too" I smiled back
"i love you baby" Neio said kissing me "so so much"
"i love you more" I laughed slightly "uhm- i think im feeling better can we go to breakfast-?" I said
"you sure? we will leave whenever all you gotta do it tell me" Neio said
"mhm i wanna see everyone i just uhm- don't want hugs- you-you can hug me all you want but uhm im still a bit overwhelmed an-" Neio interrupted me
"it's okay baby i'll text Maria right now and she'll tell everyone that hugs or touching finn is not okay" Neio said kissing me again
"okay" I smiled

"Hey guys" Neio said walking up to the table
"oh hey!" Leo said
"You're back!" Max said
"mhm" i mumbled, neio kissed me on the head i smiled and looked up at them
"aww y'all are adorable" Blair cooed
"oh by the way this is my friend Ethan" Neio said trying to change the topic
"hey" Ethan said waving slightly and sitting next to Neio
"Hello Ethan!!" Leo said
"should we go around saying names and pronouns again-?" Max asked
"sure" Ethan smiled
"Alright Im Neio i use They/He" Neio leaned in and whispered as Max and Maria were doing their introductions "do you want to introduce yourself fully? even though Ethan knows" I nodded "okay" Neio smiled kissing my head
"Nice! Haha im Ethan is use he/him" Ethan said
"Im leo" They smiled "and i use all pronouns"
"Im Blair, and i use they/them but i really don't mind whatever you use!" They smiled
"and Im Trixie! or Trix i don't mind! i use They/She" She spoke happy to have other people
"and uhm- im finn. i use he/him" I spoke my voice was shaky- Neio rubbed my back and i saw Ethan giving me a slight thumbs up under the table.
