Chapter 13

PETES POV

     You know what I've noticed, I don't think I introduced myself to you guys. I know you probably don't care about me right now and want to see what happens in the next part but honestly, I don't care. 

   As you know my name is Pete, Pete Phongsakorn Saengtham. My dad owns a really big powerful company, but we didn't always have the company. Before I was born my dad used to live in a village in the south. He claims it was a beautiful village. But one day these people came to his village, killing everyone including my dad's parents and siblings. Surprisingly he survived by hiding in a tree. He tried looking for any more survivors but sadly everyone was killed. So he decided to leave the village and walk towards the beaches. That's where he ended up meeting my mom. She lived in a small house at the beach. There lived Her Parents and her two brothers.  My mom let my dad stay with them since he didn't have anywhere else to go. After a while, they fell in love and had me. They realized they couldn't stay at my grandparent's house because they were taking to much space, so we ended up moving to a small house that was also on the beach. I miss that house.

  When it was my 12th birthday my dad forced me to become to bodyguard to protect them from danger, but after a while, I started realizing he just did that so he can get money from me. I was a bodyguard for the Main Family's house for a long time. At first, I was Kinn's Main bodyguard. I enjoyed being his bodyguard. We used to go out on a lot of missions and stuff. But they moved me to Tankhun and I became his Main Bodyguard. Khun Noo never went out so we barely did anything except for watching kdramas and stuff. Kinn still let me go on missions with him every once in a while but it wasn't the same.

This is where everything started going downhill. My dad told me he signed a contract with Korn. He didn't tell me what exactly it was but he ended up getting a lot of money. He made his own company and finally began his business career. He made more money by stealing businesses from other people.

My dad became an asshole. He chose money over family. Making me and my mom miserable. Which ended up with my mom killing herself leaving me with my dad. But honestly, I can see why she decided to kill herself. If I can I would kill myself but I can't. I have people who love me and can't do that to them.  Well, that is basically it with my life. Nothing too exciting I know. I tried making this quick so you can read the next part of the story. I know you all are desperate to know what happens. Trust me I would too if I was a reader...

VEGAS POV

Right before I was gonna say something I felt lips on mine.

I didn't do anything. I didn't kiss back or push him away. Why am I not pushing him back? Why am I allowing him to kiss me?

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that," Pete said as he stopped kissing me

"I-" I can't form any kind of words right now because of how shocked I am. I didn't see that coming.

"I know it's stupid of me for kissing. I knew you had a girlfriend and I still kissed you. Embarrassing of me" Pete started freaking out.

"Hey Pe-" I tried to calm him down but he interrupted me

"Hit me if you want, scream at me. Do whatever you want I deserve it" he said. You can hear the pain in his voice. He sounds scared. Do I scare him? I looked away from him and start staring at the steering wheel. No that bad. I don't want him to be scared of me. I want him to think I'm a regular person.

"I hate myself for that I'm sorry," Pete said

I look back up at him. Does he really mean that?

"We should go," he said
