PETES POV

Me and vegas were laying on the bed, hugging each other like there was no tomorrow. None of us want to get up because we are to comfortable. Today is the day of my interview. That's all I can think about. Will they like me? What will happen if they don't accept me for modeling or designer. I don't want to take over my dads business, it's to much to take in I would have to do a lot, I'm also not the type to run a business.

"What's on your mind?" Vegas asked kissing my temple.

"I'm so nervous about that interview what if I don't get in. Theirs gonna be 4 other people there and only one of us can join the company. What I don't get chosen" I started freaking out

"that person will be you. Trust me you are so beautiful no way they choose someone else over you. if they did they must be really weird." He said giving me a tight hug.

"Hm, do you think it's time we should get going" I said looking at the clock. It was 5:30am and the car ride to the interview is 6 hours and 10 minutes.

"I want to get breakfast first" He replied
"Let's go get changed" he got out of bed and walked into the bathroom, im guessing to do his morning routine. I decided to get changed first before doing my morning routine. Since it's a 6 hours drive I'm just gonna wear comfortable clothes, grey sweatpants with a black shirt. Also a blue hoodie but for now I'll leave it around my waist. Do I feel like fixing my hair right now? No I don't I'll just do it later. What's taking Vegas so long in the bathroom.

I looked to see if it was my phone, but it wasn't. Not important then. I'm not those people to look at other peoples messages. Should I start banging on the door. He's taking so lo-

Today the day?... what does she mean by that. And why is she still saying love you. Did vegas not break up with her yet? Why would he ask to be official if he's still with Tai.

"Bathroom is all yours now" I heard Vegas say. I quickly put his phone down and walked towards the bathroom.

The restaurant we went to was expensive, but it's Vegas he doesn't look at the price. We talked about life, but I couldn't stop thinking about Tai. She's still texting Vegas so I'm guessing he hasn't told her anything. I mean if I was her and my boyfriend told me he had someone else I would obviously break up with him. Unless she's obsessed with Vegas... no matter what he does she will still love him, cheat, argue, murder, she wouldn't care. Let's hope she's not like that. Now we have a 6 hour drive ahead of us, I don't think this Tai thing will leave my head. Maybe I should just sleep the whole ride.

"Pete you've been oddly quiet, are you ok?" Vegas said. I started staring at him, no emotions in the stare just a blank one, I feel like I should tell Vegas about what's on my mind but I don't want him ti think I don't trust him.

"Yea I'm ok, just nervous for the interview" that wasn't really a lie because I am nervous about the interview, but that's not the reason why I've been quiet.

"Instead of going straight to the company Can we stop by the house" I asked

"Yeah sure" He replied

After that the car ride was silent, almost like he knew something was up. Or maybe he's nervous about something too. Wonder what that could be. I started staring out the window before falling asleep.
