Eleven

I wake up in the morning still in rafes arms. Fuck what time is it. I sit up so I can check. I look over at my phone and see the 14 missed calls from kie, John b, pope, and jj and multiple texts from them. Shit. Just then rafe wakes up.

"Hey I gotta go" I say to him

"No" he says, grabbing me again and resting his head on my chest.

"No rafe like I actually need to leave. People are wondering where I am"

"Fine" he says letting go of me

"I'll see you later, don't worry"

If I text kie to pick me up from Sarah's house she will just assume I was with her all night so that's what I do hoping for the best. She agrees and picks me up.

"Hey how are you" she says

"Good" I say

I debate on telling her about my night with rafe and honestly what's been happening with rafe all together.

"Hey kie" I say

"Whats up"

"If I tell you something will you promise not to freak out"

"Um sure"

I move my hair out of the way revealing the long line of hickeys on my neck.

"Holy shit soph. Who gave those to you"

"You have to literally promise you won't tell anyone. Like absolutely no one"

"I won't, I swear. Just tell me who"

I sigh

"It was rafe"

"Jesus Christ soph like rafe Cameron"

"Yeah"

"What the fuck, how did that even happen"

"Do you want the whole story or no"

"Hell yes"

"Ok so when basically when we we're at the country club a few days ago I saw him and thought he was hot and he called me princess and then on the boat I thought it would be funny to flirt with him as a joke and he was flirting back and then it kinda turned into real flirting later that day and then at the party we were talking and then I may or may not have taken five shots and then the next thing I knew we went into the bathroom and he kissed me and he gave me a hickey last night which I didn't realize until yesterday and then after you took me home he called me and wanted me to come over so I was thinking about what happened the night before and we never got to finish what we started so I went over to his house and we were flirting in the car and then we ended up fucking and we fell asleep in his bed"

"Wow" kie said

Shit I knew she would be mad

"Im sorry kie I knew I shouldn't have done it. Are you mad"

"No im not" she said "I just want you to be careful"

"What do you mean"

"He cheated on me and I don't want that to happen to you. I don't care if you decide to do stuff with him but I just need you to know that I want what's best for you"

"Thank you kie. I knew that I could talk to you"

"Of course soph. But back to the whole fucking rafe thing. Like... how was it"

We both laugh

"It was big" I say laughing "and very rough"

"Lucky lucky girl"

I smile. It felt good to get the whole thing off my chest. I knew that I liked him but what if he just wanted me for sex or something like that. Soph stop thinking like that you're gonna hurt yourself. If any of the boys found out about this, I would be murdered. The rest of the way home we kept talking about rafe and the whole "fucking the kook king" thing as kie likes to call it. When we finally get back to my place I don't see my dads car in the driveway.

"Do you want me to stay" kie says

"No it's ok. I need some actual sleep for a while. I'll see you tomorrow though"

"Ok bye soph"

"Bye kie. Oh remember, please don't tell anyone"

"I won't don't worry, your secret is safe with me"

I smile and wave as she drives away. When I go inside I get straight into my bed. Suddenly jj calls me. I pull the covers over me to cover my neck and answer.

"Hey jj what's up"

"Where were you last night. I called you like 80 times"

"It wasn't 80, and I was at Sarah's house. We went to bed really early"

"Oh ok. I was just making sure you're safe"

"Yeah I'm good. I'm gonna go to sleep right now though so I'll talk to you tomorrow"

"Jesus you sleep a lot. But anyways goodnight" he says

I laugh a little bit

"Goodnight"

I turn my phone on silent so no ones call will wake me up. Thinking about having to explain what happened with rafe to the boys kept me up but when I finally closed my eyes I fell asleep almost instantly.
