Twelve

When I wake up that morning I see that I have a bunch more missed calls from everyone. I answer the one from pope because I feel like if he knew he would be least likely to chop my head off.

"Hey" I say

"You need a different sleep schedule for fucks sake" he says

"I'm sorry but like it's not my fault"

"It kinda is but anyways, we're all going out on the boat today and we need you to come with us"

"Alright I'll go get ready"

"Ok. We will pick you up in like 20 minutes"

"Ok bye"

"Bye" he says

I get out of bed and go to the bathroom. Fuck the hickeys. I cover them up quickly and then find a swimsuit. I see the one that I wore when I was with rafe and decide wear that one again. Just then someone rings the doorbell. I run down with all my stuff and see kie.

"You covered them up I see" she says motioning to my neck

"Yeah I had to" I say with a laugh

"are the still as bad as yesterday" she asks as we walk over to the car.

"no but you can still see them"

"what can you still see" john b asks

"nothing" I say

"are you sure about that" pope says

"yes im very sure"

I look over at kie and we laugh.

"what is going on with you two" jj asks

We start dying laughing

"nothing" kie says "it an inside joke"

"got it" jj says

We drive to john b's house where the boat is. When we got there we realized there was no gas so pope and john b left to get some. Me, kie, and jj stayed and hung out until a car pulled up. 

"whos that" I ask

"topper and kelce" kie says "they're coming with us" 

"oh ok"

They walk over to us and we talk until john b and pope get back. We all get in the boat and head out.

"It's so hot" kie says "I can't wait to get in"

"Me too" I say

We find a good spot in the marsh and the boys jump in first. Me and kie tan for a while until we are literally sweating.

"Do you want to get in" kie says

"Yeah sure"

We take our hair out of the buns that they were in and put our towels away. We stand at the front of the boat about ready to jump.

"3...2...1"

We both jump at the same time almost landing on top of jj. That wasn't the problem though, the problem was my neck. I just jumped in the water which caused all the makeup to come off revealing all the hickeys.
