LOOKING AT MILA And Loiza's reaction, I'm sure they both didn't expecr that Jeremy will be their new Tenant.
"Thank you so much." Jeremy offer a hand shake to my friends after they finished a short discussion about the contract.
Even though the atmosphere is very awkward, Mila and Loiza accept that hand shake without hesitation.
"Well then, we will leave you alone now so you can arrange your stuff." The amazement on Mila's face is obvious.
I can't blame her, in fact anyone who sees Jeremy will be really amazed because he is so handsome.
He is like a perfect leading man in the movie and A kind of man who will make you fall in love at the first sight.
"Feel free to ask us if you need anything." Even Loiza was stunned as if she couldn't believe it. It's like their eyes don't blink when they look at him.
While I am the one who is ashamed because of this two. I feel like I just want to bury myself alive right now.
"Well then... good night! Sweet dreams!"
I might not be able to face him tomorrow if I don't stop my friends from bothering him so I immediately take the two away from his apartment.
"What are you doing?! Your embarrassing me!" I let go of their arms with a bang when we got down to the first floor.
"Excuse me? What are you trying to say?" Mila suddenly ask me that makes me stop from complaining.
"Bakit kung makareklamo ka parang hindi ka natutuwa? Why? Hindi ka ba nagagwapuhan kay Jeremy? Matangkad, macho, maputi, singkit ang mata, red lips, may dimple..."
Mila wanted to say something more, but Loiza stopped her.
"Ano ka ba? Allergic sa super gwapo yang si Janet... takot yan sa mga katulad ni Jeremy kasi tingin niya mga babaero sila."
I frowned. These two are on the same side again. Everytime they bully me, they always side with each other.
"Oo nga pala..." Mila just agreed.
"Wow... kung tumingin kayo kay Jeremy parang wala kayong mga asawa ah! Eh kung isumbong ko kaya kayo sa mga asawa ninyong nasa abroad." I threatened both of them. It seemed to work because they were a little scared.
"Janet naman, parang hindi ka mabiro, eh! Natutuwa lang kami na makita si Jeremy."
"Oo nga, highschool classmate kaya natin siya. Nakaka surprise lang! Sa dinami-dami ba naman ng magiging bago nating tennant, siya pa ang napadpad dito."
"Reason... go back to your work and I will rest upstairs! I'm really really tired." I ordered angrily. Then I walked out leaving the two with a curious face.
I have to run away because they will tease me. For sure, many questions are forming in their brains right now.
"Hmmm... she's weird... I sense somethings fishy..." I even heard Mila while I was climbing the stairs.
"Halika na nga, kawawa na ang par-timer natin na naiwan mag-isa sa cafe. Baka bigla pang dumami ang customer."
Loiza pulled Mila to the cafe. Fortunately, this friend of mine is also a workaholic, that traits of her saves me from Mila's upcoming interrogation.
