Chapter 5

I've never seen someone so beat up before. The fact that it was my friend, Kazutora, only made me pissed. Mitsuya, Kazutora, Baji, and I walked from our school to the Shrine where Mikey, Draken, and Pah-chin told us to meet them. the whole time I was fuming mad at the so-called 'Black Dragons' who hurt my friend just because he lived in their stupid 'territory'

"Man I've never seen her mad before," Baji said quietly to the other boys.

"She kinda reminds me of you when your mad Baji." Mitsuya commented nonchalantly.

I felt Arms wrap around my shoulders and knew immediately who was hugging me. "Y/N-Chan, it's cute you're getting so mad for me, but calm down, please. It wasn't a big deal, and it certainly isn't worth getting so mad over ok~" Kazutora always had a way with words, or maybe it was just his amazing hugs that started calming me down. I let out a small sigh and turned around, still being hugged by my friend, and wrapped my arms around him.

"I just really don't like seeing my friends hurt Kazu-Kun. I want to protect you guys. but ill calm down." I slightly pouted, still mad but wanting to calm down for them. he let go of the hug and I turned back around. "Ok, come on when we get to my house, ill make you guys a snack."

"YES!" Baji's voice shouted out as he threw a fist in the air.  "What you and I all know for a fact is that Y/N's snacks are the best. speaking of which, can we have Yakisoba buns?"

"Next time ok Baji? I don't have enough buns right now.  but, I'll make something else good, I promise." I said with a smile as we kept walking. 

I listened to the conversation between the boys as we walked towards the shrine, lost in thoughts of my own.

'Kazu-Kun said that he was beaten up by a gang, which means not only are they able to fight, but now they know where Kazu-Kun lives. I don't like this. I wish there were something I could do to help...'

"Y/N-Chan?" Kazutoras voice from behind me spoke. "Where are you going?"

I looked over at him only to realize I was so wrapped up in my thoughts I didn't realize we arrived at Musashi Shrine, and I was walking past the steps that lead up. "Oh, sorry I wasn't paying attention!" I said with a smile and a small chuckle trying to laugh off the embarrassment. I joined them and continued walking up the steps. Mikey, Draken, And Pah-chin were already waiting at the top of the stairs. 

Mikey turned and saw us walking up the stairs. he smiled and waved to us, "Hello guys!" 

We all arrived at the top of the stairs and exchanged our greetings before moving towards my small home. upon arriving, everyone got comfortable while I started grabbing snacks for the boys. i heard Mikey's voice speaking up while I was cutting up pieces of fruit and cheeses.

"So, I have something to tell you all." Mikeys voice echoed into my kitchen followed by kazutoras

"Whats up, Mikey?"

"I kinda beat up the guys who were taking advantage of you, and now they've teamed up with the black dragons." I dropped the knife in my hand and it clattered against the cutting board.

'Kazutora... was being taken advantage of? and Mikey beat them up? ' my eyes stuck to the food i was trying to cut. i could hear the boy's voices talking amonst themselves, but couldn't hear what they where saying exactly. 'And now, the people who were taking advantage of kazutora joined the gang that beat him up?'

I walked into the living room to keep listening. at this point, I was already lost in the conversation.

"So why don't we start our own gang? a gang to protect each other and the friends who join us along the way." Baji said to the other males. before anyone else spoke, my thoughts burst from my mouth before i could stop them, not that i wanted to anyway.
