First oneshot of this book! It's raining right now where I am so I decided to write about it.
Summary: Rainy days with Karen are always your favorite

1973
You were leaning against the window of yours and Karen's apartment. It was raining, something rare for California so you wanted to enjoy it. The two of you made it special with making hot chocolate in the morning and staying in your pajamas.
Karen was supposed to meet with the band today but she called it off. Billy's probably gonna be pissed but whatever.
Your girlfriend walked behind you and wrapped her arms around you, kissing the top of your head. You smiled and looked up at her. "Hi." You said.
"Hi, baby. What's going on in that pretty head of yours?" She asked.
"Nothing, just rain." You both chuckled at your remark.
"We could go to the library and get some books to read?" She suggested and you nodded excitedly.
The two of you got dressed and grabbed your coats and umbrellas that haven't been used since last year. And the two of you went to the library to check out some books.
Afterwards you came home and cuddled on the couch wearing a robes and covered in blankets, in each other's arms, reading. And everything felt perfect.
