Amity POV:
You wake up to see a very worried Zeldris standing over you. " Oh thank god you're ok! " He says, breathing heavily. You try sitting up with your elbows but are pushed down by an invisible force. As you fall back to the ground you feel two strong hands catch your head and place them in a lap, Zel's lap. He looks at you lovingly and you can't help but notice his eyes are bright blue and not the normal maroon-black you're used to. He smiles at you and you can't help but smile back. " Your eyes are beautiful. " You say to him as an unknown tear falls from your eye. You touch it with your free hand and look at it. 'Why am I crying? ' you think to yourself 'Oh ya because I'm with my prince. I've missed him over the years and we can finally be together again. I waited so long for him to come and rescue me. And now we can kill Bloody Ellie! Wait, why would I say that? I'd never even met him before a few days ago. And who is Bloody Ellie? I must have bumped my head or something.'
Seeing the off face on the woman he loves Zel asks. " Amy, what's wrong? Is everything alright? You look kind of sad?" " I'm alright, I just had a strange thought. Deep down, a voice was calling out to me it was calling for you to come to save me. And the voice said a name it said to kill 'Bloody Ellie'. Who ''s Bloody Ellie?" " Right now ' Bloody Ellie' is non of your concern all you need to worry about is getting better and reacquainting yourself with the other Commandments. While you were sleeping I explained your situation to all of them so they will all be on their best behaviors to make you feel safe and at home." Even though you have only been with this man for a short time you can't help but feel at home with him, safe and cared for. " Alright if you say so," you tell him with a bright smile on your face. He blushes and looks away from you and as he turns his head a strand of hair falls over his eyes. You slowly and carefully reach up and tuck it back behind his ear and as your finger brushes against his jaw, you stop and place your hand against his cheek. He leans into your touch and puts his hand over yours. It all feels so natural right when you're with him like by his side is where you're meant to be. you rub your thumb in a circle and he starts purring. Shocked you stop rubbing.
"Sorry, it's a demon thing involuntary reaction. We sometimes purr when we're happy like a cat would." he tries to move his hand away but you stop him. " I think it's cute Zel. Don't move your hand leave it there I want you to keep holding my hand." " Alright, then I won't move it." He keeps his hand on you and squeezes it lovingly. you try to sit up again and it works you now sitting upright sitting face to-face with Zel. You look into his eyes and are overcome with the urge to kiss him.
You close your eyes and slowly lean, pausing an inch from his face. You open your eyes to look at him and ask " May I kiss you?" all he does is purr in response and so you lean in that last inch allowing your lips to lightly touch his. His lips are soft and taste sweet and it feels so right. you deepen the kiss ever so slightly and move your hand from his cheek to the back of his head. He takes his hand and puts it on your waist and starts rubbing where your mark is taking you by surprise. Your eyes shoot open and you gasp pulling away from the kiss "I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you." he says backing away from where you are sitting. " No, it's okay you didn't scare me it was just a shock it felt kinda nice. You don't have to act so carefully around me I promise im not going to break." He sighs and walks back over to you helping you up off your ground. " I know im sorry it's just this situation is hard for me. You're the same person I've known and loved for all these years but at the same time your not..." Just then the fairy walks into the room. " A Gloxinia you have impeccable time as always. come take a seat I have a few things that I need to take care of, I trust that you will look after her as if your life was on the line. Because it is." Zel says as he helps you sit into a chair . " of course what kind of best friend would I be if I didn't?" he responds completely ignoring the threat.
" well then ill be back soon Amy and when I do let's continue talking ok? " you nod and with that, he was gone the curtains in front of the open window shaking in his wake.
