It had been a month since Zac and Fatima had officially become a couple. Their relationship seemed to be going smoothly, with no sign of Maya causing trouble. Both were focused on their futures, with Fatima gearing up for graduation and Zac planning his next steps in college. But all that changed one fateful day.

As Fatima and Zac chatted comfortably on the phone, their conversation took a turn that would set the stage for a new round of drama.

"Fatima," Zac began cautiously.

"Yes?" Fatima replied, her attention fully on their conversation.

"You know Maya came back today," Zac said, his tone serious.

"I saw her earlier," Fatima said. "She turned the other way when she saw me."

Zac continued, "She tried to talk to me today, saying that she was sorry and that she just wanted to try us again, but I told her that I was dating you."

Fatima's eyes narrowed. "Watch her, because I don't trust her. I feel like she's going to try something, and I'll be ready to beat that ass again if she comes at me."

"Calm down," Zac said, trying to soothe her. "She's not going to do anything."

"You said that last time, and she ended up with her ass kicked," Fatima reminded him.

"I think she knows not to do anything after what happened," Zac said.

"She better know," Fatima said firmly. "I'm too close to graduating to let her mess things up."

Changing the subject, Zac asked, "Speaking of graduation, do you know which college you want to go to?"

"Well," Fatima said, her voice brightening, "I got accepted into Howard yesterday."

"Congratulations!" Zac said enthusiastically.

"Thanks," Fatima replied. "What about you?"

"I actually got a scholarship to Howard too, so I might go there with you," Zac said.

"Don't choose it for me. Choose it for you," Fatima advised.

"I'm not, but I do want to be with you," Zac said.

"Well, if you do go, then we'll be together," Fatima said, her tone softening.

Unbeknownst to them, Maya had been lurking around the corner, eavesdropping on their conversation. Hearing about their plans to attend Howard together fueled her determination to come between them. She had recently been accepted into Howard herself and saw this as her opportunity to reinsert herself into Zac's life and break up his relationship with Fatima.

Later that day, Fatima and her best friend Andi were hanging out at Fatima's house. Andi was all smiles as she chatted with Fatima.

"Girl, you and Zac have been real cute lately," Andi said.

"Thanks, girl. I really like him," Fatima said.

"Enough to give it up?" Andi asked, a teasing note in her voice.

Fatima chuckled. "Girl, you know I've only had sex twice and didn't like it, so I'm going to take my time."

Andi grinned. "Girl, you need some action in your life because you and your busted-ass vibrator aren't cutting it."

Fatima rolled her eyes. "Andi, this is not the time to be talking about this."

"Okay," Andi said, changing the subject, "but in other news, I heard Maya is back."

"Yes," Fatima said. "She tried to talk to Zac, saying she was sorry and wanted to get back with him."

"What? What did Zac say?" Andi asked, her eyes wide.

"He told her that he was with me and to stay away from both of us," Fatima explained.

"She better listen," Andi said firmly.

"Anyways, what's going on with you and Robin?" Fatima asked, shifting the conversation.

"It's going pretty good, actually," Andi said. "I really like him."

"Well, I'm happy for you, Andi," Fatima said with a smile.

Andi grinned. "I like him enough to not give it up."

"What?" Fatima said, surprised.

"Yes, he wants to take things slow and get to know me better, so sex is out of the question for now," Andi said.

"I'm really proud of you," Fatima said. "Out here improving and all."

Andi beamed. "Yes, girl."

After their conversation, Maya went home, seething with anger and plotting her revenge. She was determined to use Homecoming Night, just a month away, as her stage to execute her plan. With her acceptance into Howard, she saw this as her chance to disrupt Fatima and Zac's relationship.

Maya's plan was cunning: she would show up at Homecoming and make a scene. She would confront Fatima publicly, trying to provoke a confrontation. Her goal was to make Zac question his relationship with Fatima and to embarrass Fatima in front of their peers. Maya hoped that the chaos would create enough doubt and tension for Zac to reconsider his feelings and come back to her.

As Homecoming approached, Maya carefully crafted her strategy. She would dress provocatively and act confidently, ensuring that all eyes were on her. Her plan was to undermine Fatima's confidence and to create a dramatic spectacle that would force Zac to choose between the two of them.

Meanwhile, Fatima remained oblivious to Maya's plotting, focusing on her upcoming graduation and her relationship with Zac. She was excited about their future together, unaware that Maya was lurking in the shadows, ready to strike.

The stage was set for a dramatic showdown, with Homecoming Night promising to be a turning point for all involved. As the date approached, both Fatima and Zac would have to navigate the challenges and pressures that Maya's return would bring, testing the strength of their relationship and their commitment to each other.
