Hey guys, this isn't really a chapter of such, it's more of a q and A section for you to ask questions about anything you are not clear on in the last couple of chapters.

This wasn't planned however I want to make sure you understand what's happening now before I continue with the other chapters.

N.b) characters won't always be extremely vivid...

So far you guys already know that Judah will kill Stefano, however I haven't mentioned the reason as yet, therefore in the last couple of chapters you read mention the events leading up to that.

So first you saw where Destiny tells Judah a lie about her and Khalil having a sick child he hid from her. After that Judah doesn't necessarily believe her but you guys should know her personality by now. Judah overthinks everything; but we know she love Khalil like cook food.

So destiny's information placed doubt in Judah's mind that had her really thinking and after that she meets in an accident that Stefano is responsible for. Then he takes Judah and now everyone is trying to locate her.

We can be real though, mostly girls read this book and I won't speak for all but some. if we suddenly receive information like that from our man's ex, wouldn't we start to think?

The fact that Judah even called him multiple times and didn't get him it just kept her mind going. And I don't know if you guys realize this but when the shootout was taking place would've been when Judah was calling him, that's why she didn't get him.

The next thing is that Stefano's main strategy is manipulation, the fact that he had that conversation with Luca would've had him thinking about the Dcf in every way, even before he went into the meeting with Khalil and Mello.

So when the shootout happened Luca wouldn't look at the odds he would automatically think the Dcf was responsible for shooting first since,

one, that was already planted in his mind to be mindful of them, and two his men were being shot at first.

With Stefano's strategy being manipulation, he planned to also corrupt Judah's mind from the start. He was with her for awhile so he knows what triggers her.

As Judah mentioned before she hates it when people lie to her especially Khalil; remember that's what made them breakup in book one when he started working for her father and lied about it to her continuously,

Don't y'all think in her head she's saying he could possibly do it again? Yea she has faith in him but the people we love and trust the most sometimes are the ones that let us down.

All of this is from Judah's perspective , while she was taken by Stefano, so now we don't know where her head is at as yet, especially because we don't know what he's been filling her mind with...we'll just have to wait and see.

Another thing is that, what Stefano is doing is also setting up Luca to fight the Dcf unknowingly by creating a valid problem; which in this case is to disrupt the loyalty between families.

If Luca knew all of this was because of Judah he would never agree with it and would probably take drastic measures to stop Stefano from doing any of this. The real rule in the mafia is that you should never try to steal another man's wife in simple words; and what Stefano is doing is just that...Luca just doesn't know.

Now I heard a lot of you asking about Jamar calling Marco and talking it out. I didn't remember if I mentioned it but when I went back and checked I realized that I did, in the retirement party chapter for Jamar.

I mentioned that Marco had retired and Luca is now the one in charge. I don't know if you guys remember but in broken glasses when Marco was boss, he was old at that time too so after a 5 year time jump he would've obviously aged more.

Therefore he can only do this much and no more when it comes on to controlling Luca and Stefano. Also take into consideration that Jamar is just a friend to Marco, and these are his sons we're talking about,

Luca would've most likely told Marco what happened from his perspective. So it would be hard after that for Jamar to convince Marco otherwise.

Do you guys also realize that Luca is the younger son but yet still he's boss? Usually it's always the eldest son that takes on that position however Marco trusts Luca more, and because of that he will easily believe Luca because to Marco Luca is more responsible.

I hope this cleared up a lot of things for you guys, feel free to ask me anything else you're not sure about. I'll see yah in the next update 😘
