"I hereby declare you, Mina Ashido, fully prepared for your study date with Tsuyu!" Ochako says, clapping and holding back laughter as they finish up another study session.
Mina laughs, but her eyes narrow. "It's not a date. Did I not tell you about Tsuyu and Shinsou's date?"
Ochako groans. "Maybe you aren't ready. If you're going to study with Tsuyu, you can't be all gloomy like this."
"Hey!" Mina says. "I'm not gloomy."
Ochako raises an eyebrow.
"Okay. I'm a bit gloomy, but I'm not going to be like that around Tsu."
Ochako tilts her head, her eyebrow still raised.
"What? I'm not!"
"Prove it." Uraraka says. "Today, I want you to be happy. Have some fun with Kaminari, Sero, Bakugou, Kirishima and I!"
Mina sits down at her desk, tracing her fingers along the smooth black surface. "I want to, Ocha." She says. "I really want to."
Ochako smiles. "And you will! It's Thursday, we have three days to make you actually fun to be around on your date."
"Hey! I'm still fun to be around! I'm Mina Ashido! I'm super fun." She argues. "And it's not a date."

The first part of the plan that Uraraka declared to Mina that morning is apparently cheering her on as she arm wrestles Bakugou for the 500th time that week.
Mina is starting to think that this isn't part of the plan.
She cheers anyway, and holy shit, Uraraka actually wins.
The roar of excitement that rings through the classroom is so loud that Mina has to cover her ears. Don't get her started on poor Kouda, who looks like he's going to cry from the uproar.
"Yes, yes, yes!" Uraraka pumps her fist in the air, doing a little spin as she revels in her victory.
Bakugou looks pissed, and even more so than usual. "REMATCH!" He roars, "I WANT A DAMN REMATCH, PINK CHEEKS–"
Uraraka shakes her head. "Nope! I won, deal with it!" She smiles mischievously.
Bakugou grabs Uraraka's hand, attempting to force her into another match, but he just awkwardly holds her hand for a moment, trying to pull her arm to the table, before letting go and crossing his arms. He averts his gaze and slumps in his seat.
"What's going on in here?" Aizawa asks as he steps into the room, noticing the crowd of students gathered around Bakugou's desk.
"Bakugou lost an arm wrestling match!" Someone, probably Kaminari, yells.
"No. I don't actually want to know. Just return to your seats." He says, pinching the bridge of his nose, eyes closed as he sighs.
The class focuses on motivation for becoming a hero, and what it's like being in the public eye.
A few, 'are you really qualified to talk about that?' and 'Aren't you an underground hero?' teases from Denki later, along with some actual teaching, the class has successfully bored Mina.
She can feel Tsuyu's presence behind her, and she can hear the scratching of a pencil on a notebook.
She's reminded of the doodles Tsuyu draws in class.
Frogs.
Lilypads.
Flowers.
She smiles at the memory of sitting on the backrest of Tsuyu's seat precariously, watching as she doodled months ago, and chatting with her as she did so.
